I can't say enough good things about my experience with Precision Door Service. The installer was excellent in all ways. Starting with my call to precision to the end of the job it was all handled in not just your typical way but I as a customer was made to feel as if I was important. The receptionist was all the things one would expect and the installer was excellent. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you. .

Service was on time and technician was pleasant. Work was completed satisfactorily. Downside was price to repair was certainly on the high side and wouldn't recommend using this company based off the high cost.

Dakota was our technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We will ask for him every time we need service. He said it would take about 45 minutes to complete the job and he was right!

Needed to get garage door repaired Thursday before the freezing rain was predicted. Called Precision because my wife had them repair her garage door at a property she owns. Was able to schedule an appointment that same day and was able to move vehicles to garage before ice storm started. Repair man was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with the door we couldn’t open. Replaced the spring and other parts and my husband can open the door with just two fingers. Dakota and Jay were very knowledgeable, curious and efficient. They listened to my door issues, made suggestions and only replaced what I agreed to. No sales pressure. That was nice for a change. I would call and or recommend them to anyone.

Started a chat one evening and made an appointment for the next morning. I received a call from Chris B. at 8 a.m. and he told me he would be there between 9 and 9:15. He arrived a few minutes before 9 and got right to looking at the problem. He explained the process and gave me three options to choose from; which I went with the best for my needs. He was here for 5 plus hours and kept me informed along the way. When he finished I had all the hardware replaced on the 40 year old door besides the door itself and a warranty. He came with all needed parts on his truck. It was a little more than I expected, but than again; the service was much more than expected and I have no worries about it again. Thanks

Very nice service representative from Precision. Extremely fast service, as we called and got service the same day. This was very important for us for our garage door would not close. Keith fixed the problem and also reprogrammed our remotes. Cost was appropriate for this service .

On December 20, 2020, Dakota, from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, came to our property and installed a new garage door opener. I waited until today, January 8, to submit a review, for I wanted to open and close the door for a period of time before submitting a review. First of all my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with Dakota. He was most professional and extremely polite! He was also very efficient and methodical in taking out the old motor and belt and installing the new motor and belt. When he finished, he very nicely explained to us how to program the remote, and patiently explained to us how to program our cars with the remote that came with the cars. As a retired teacher, I give him an A+ for his work! I can also say that after using the garage door for 20 days, the opener has worked perfectly! I can't recommend Precision Door Service highly enough; especially kudos to Dakota! I wish I could give you six stars!

Starting with customer service, it was nice to deal with pleasant people seem to care and wanted to help. Mike C. was the technician and he was outstanding. Very professional and very courteous. Even though it was almost 9:30 at night he acted in a professional manner as if the day just started. Very thorough, explained everything that was needed to complete the job. Mike was great! Our garage door was hit while open causing it to come off of and bend the track. It was unstable and in danger of falling. Mike, (with my husband's help) was able to secure and fix the door!! Aside from one bent panel, the door runs better than it has in years!! We only need to replace one panel instead of the whole door. Very happy with his expertise and friendly manner. Will recommend Precision to anyone!

I am extremely disappointed what occurred. When I called to make the appointment, I told them what type of door opener we had (Genie) and I was told they will work on that type. When the employee arrived, he said they did not work on that type. We still had to pay the service fee. I want my money refunded since I told them what type we had ahead of time.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our technician should have been able to better inform you that some Genie parts are more expensive to replace, along with the other parts of your door that would need repair. We will use your comments in our training. A refund is on the way to you.

Our door would not stay open when the power was out. Tito took a quick look and instantly knew that the previous installer had used the wrong springs. He made the change and it works perfectly now. Unbelievably quick repair with great customer service.
