We made the best decision by contacting Precision. The wiring in our Garage Door was cut. I called them at around 9am and they set me up an appointment ASAP that day. Bob arrived around 11, He is very courteous and Professional. He explained a lot of things that I’m not aware of, repaired the problem and even took an extra mile by checking other problems that we might have in the future. One of the nicest and best service we had.

Chris C was our technician, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly, He went above and beyond our greatest expectations at a moment when we had no time and could not get an appointment with any other company. Tavon and his colleague today did a wonderful job helping me with my garage. They communicated very well and they were punctual. Me being in the Construction business myself, that is huge, and a great skill to have. They fixed my garage and were very clear on everything. Those two gentleman deserve a raise!! Great job Tavon!

Our experience with Keith was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He showed me the problem and explained how it happened. He also explained the different options for repairing my issue. We had a garage door repaired. The motor was still working. The cables and springs needed replacement. It was easy to get an appointment. technician was late but apologized and he did call to update on his arrival time. Technician seemed knowledgeable very courteous. Did what was necessary to make sure the door worked properly. Don't have anything to compare to . We were given 3 choices of estimates and warranties, Chose the cheapest. Don"t have anything to compare with. Just thought it was a little pricey.

I just had Rock G come out to give me an estimate on my garage door repair. He was very professional, kind & showed me the issues with my existing door. Not to mention he was on time & done in about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Precision Door to everyone!

We found the advertisement for your company online. It was very informative about the services you provide. I like the technicians that came to access and fix by broken garage door. Preston and John we very helpful explaining things to me and efficient at their jobs. They had to order some parts and gave me an estimate. About 2 weeks later they sent Olaniyi and Timmy to complete the garage door repair. They did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a door.

I called the referrals from my neighbors. All 3 companies were booked for the day,and offer appointments for the next day...I was looking at not being able to get to work.. I started calling companies listed in the yellow pages. I called Precision. I was told , they were booked, but schedule me with an emergency appointment which would mean a service could be completed after 6 pm with,an extra cost.. I agree to wait. An hour after the conversation,the General manager called. He heard my conversation with dispatch,.. He dispatched a contractor who came 1.5 hour after talking to the dispatcher. The fee was LESS than the competitors... I highly recommend this,company

We are very pleased with our service. We called and our door was serviced the next day. Derrick diagnosed and repaired our door in less than an hour. We can not believe the difference in how our door operates. We will have our door serviced by Precision yearly.
