Ensured the door was operating to my liking before signing the work ticket. Would Def Recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service. The Spring they replaced was visably a much better quality than the previously replaced spring. Mike arrived within the time frame specified. Uniformed employee, company truck, etc. Called to let me know he was on the way to the home. The company also advised whom was coming to perform the work. Very impressive service ! Although just outside the time window given to us, the new spring was installed promptly. Serviceman Mike C. was courteous and professional. He gave me hints on how to perform my own regular maintenance on the door, hinges, track, chain, and spring. Totally satisfied. Fair price.

I was very impressed with the fast responce and the well knowledgeable service man named Mike. I called and within an hour I had Mike standing in my garage assessing the broken torsion springs. Within an hour they were fixed along with new rollers which has made the door less noisy when opening and closing. I wasnt expecting to pay as much as I did, but I got the 30000 cycle springs.

Thank you Precision Door Service. Your scheduler made a special effort to accommodate me on a cold Saturday afternoon to fix my non-working door. Mike arrived within two hours of the call and immediately pinpointed the problem - a loose wire caused by a broken gear box. He replaced the gear box, fixed the wire, lubricated the chain and the side tracks and the door is working like new. I am so pleased with your service and your willingness to come out so quickly. And your price was very reasonable as far as I am concerned. Thanks to your scheduler for making room for me and to Mike who was so efficient! At 7AM, in the middle of the winter holidays, we found ourselves unable to open the garage door due to a broken spring. Three and a half hours later, Mike C, the Precision Garage Door of Baltimore technician, was leaving satisfied customers after replacing springs and rollers (20 year old door with no prior replacements), having provided advice regarding proper preventive maintenance, and giving tips on how the homeowner could improve garage door opener operation. More than just restoring capability, door operation is significantly smoother and much quieter.

Mike arrived toward the end of the expected time frame and got started right away. A couple of unexpected issues showed their selves and with the 2x4's I had on hand Mike resolved them quickly, and finished the job. The door works great, looks great, and I'm a "happy camper".
