You were great ! Precision Garage you and your team I would highly recommend. Both Fred ( sales ) and JR ( installer ) were awesome ! Very knowledgeable and professional . They put me the customer first to make sure I was satisfied but more importantly that I had a good understanding of garage make, materials , operation , the pros and cons . Our overall experience was outstanding. Starting with the appointment. A technician was scheduled to come on the same day as my call. Our cars were stuck in the garage, so you can imagine how important it was to get a timely appointment at such short notice. The Technician, Nicolas Broughton, was excellent. He was friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. I would recommend Precision to anyone that needs help with their garage.

Bobby, the technician was knowledgeable and able to fix the problems I was having very efficiently. He also took the time to explain the mechanics of the motor and lock systems, which I needed to have clarified so I can operate the doors correctly.

These guys did an excellent job to our 25 year old door. The original call was for a broken spring but after doing an inspection found cable frayed and due to the age of the door, suggested to replace the rollers and end and center bearings and drums. This is not the first spring replaced in the 25 years of operation but we will be replacing it every 10 years or so do to our vehicles and some equipment we need to get in and out of the garage , the door weighs about 350-400 lbs. so not able to manually lift it. We will be using Precision Doors in the future. Kudos to Nicolas and his associate Dj for a job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!

Technician showed up on time & did an efficient job of replaced two door sweeps, replaced all rollers, added a cable through the spring to meet code to prevent springs snapping loose to cause ijnjury or damage a vehicle for two doors & replaced the two doors pulleys. This review tool doesn't allow me to show the number of different parts he replaced so I picked rollers only, but as you read, you understand he did more. He was very neat about his work area and cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend this tech and Precision Garage Door Service of Baltimore.

However, I was most impressed by the excellence of the work performed by Elijah Bowman, who repaired a complex problem with one of my garage doors. Elijah was personable and professional, and we had a good time discussing Ravens football during his visit. I give an unreserved recommendation to the company.

Bobby Schoar was our technician. He was prompt, very professional and really knew what he was doing. He was very good at explaining what we needed and why. We had new tension springs and a new garage door opener installed. He programmed everything and made sure we understood how to access all of the features before he left.
