Our door opener is only about a month old. This morning it would not open. Tito was just here and determined that snow on our car (it had been parked at the airport) melted in the garage and froze enough to impede the door from opening. Tito lives here in Taneytown and installed the opener. He's a great guy, very personable and knowledgeable.

Tito was very professional. He arrived on time and in addition to fixing the problem, he found other issues with my garage door and took care of them also. Before leaving he explained what he did and also showed areas that I needed to keep an eye on. Would ask for Tito if I needed repair work to be done again.

Our garage door "self destructed" lastweek. I've seen your trucks in our neighborhood and decided to give you a call. I was told a tech would be out in the morning to assess the door. Tito called at 8:15 saying he was on the way! He arrived on time, very courteous, and after explaining his findings, he promptly went to work repairing our door. We called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because 1 of our 2 garage doors failed & would not close completely. We have been in our home for 29 years and had 2 new replacement garage doors & openers improperly installed 8 years ago. Both doors needed total re-work; springs, rollers, cables, pulleys, and struts. Fortunately both the doors & openers were still is good shape. Although the cost of job was more than my wife and I expected when we made the appointment, the quality of the materials & workmanship by Tito was totally worth it! Tito did an excellent job! He actually took the time to show my wife how much smoother/quieter the doors operated. We are so happy with the results, we will be calling Tito/Precision Garage Overhead Door Service for an annual inspections. We highly recommend Tito/Precision Door Service to everyone!

Iv'e seen precision doors advertisements and thought i would give them a chance to fix my garage door. Technician came over and looked at my door to figure out what the problem was and fixed it. I give this company a 5 star rating! Our garage door failed on a Friday evening. We called this company on Monday morning and they had it fixed by Monday evening! We expected to have to wait a few days and were happy to have it fixed the same day we called. The repair was done by a knowledgeable and polite service provider. I highly recommend them!

I called Precision in an emergency situation as the spring on the existing door had broken. They were able to schedule Mike to come out the next morning. Although he was not able to service the existing system he installed a new replacement spring system in about an hour. He lubricated all the moving parts. The quality of the new system is excellent and is covered by a 5 year warranty. Good work Mike!
