Our technician Christopher Brown, was exceptional. He was professional, explained everything very well and was a kind polite young man. I would recommend this company. They were easy to schedule an appointment. They came to our house next day and fixed all of our problems right away. They didn’t have to order parts and return for service.

Tito Cruz came out and explained that the old lock on the garage door couldn't be repaired properly and suggested an garage door opener. He installed the opener in a timely fashion and explained everything in detail. This was the 2nd time he had come to my house and both times the service was exceptional.

I have given this company chance after chance to fix my problems and you have consistently dropped the ball. I will not be recommending your company to anyone who needs a garage door. It’s been over a week since I emailed JR the pictures that he requested about the damage that was done at my house. And no reply thus far. And still I have not had the strut replaced that was supposed to be fixed as well. That was almost a month ago at this point.

I made an appointment the day my garage door spring broke and was able to schedule a visit the next day. Chris Brown, the technician, show up, walked me through the estimate, and was very professional during the process. While more expensive than I anticipated, I was quite happy with the results.

We chose Precision Garage doors because we have heard some good things about them. My wife worked across the street from your office in Arbutus and she everyone she had talked to was very friendly. They also helped her with the gate to her work. Precision Garage Door Service far exceeded our expectations. Tito Cruz was onsite to make the repairs needed. Tito was very courteous and professional as he pointed out some issues that he found, and we agreed to make the repairs he suggested to avoid further problems in the near future. Had Precision Garage Door install a new opener one year ago. With the extreme cold weather I had a slight problem opening the door the last couple of days. Called Precision Door and was advised that they could have someone come out today (1-20-26) between 330 & 500PM. The technician arrived approximately 415, checked for the problem and made several minor adjustments to the door, springs, and track Door seems to be fine now. The day I came home from foot surgery our garage door spring broke. Tyler came out looked at our 25 year door and hardware. He gave me several options to get the door moving again, he had everything on the truck. He was very professional and whit-in an hour all of the hardware had been replaced and now the door moves much smother and quieter. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that asks!

Your Technician Tito came to our house. I called Precision for one repair. While here..Tito pointed out several potential and 'on the verge of failure" issues. The door is 23 yrs old with no maintenance what so ever. He had all repair and replacement parts on his work truck. Knocked the whole project out in a couple hrs. Even with my dog nose'n around. Price was reasonable for all repairs that were performed.

20+ year old garage broke and Precision sent Chris B. the next day. Chris was extremely helpful in determining what exactly was broken ( a few things) and what needed to be fixed now or wait till later. Since it was so old and this was a new home purchase we decided to replace almost everything besides the door itself. Chris was great at explaining the functionality of every piece we were replacing and going through all the changes after the replacement. Would definitely recommend.

I am truly impressed with the quality of work, timeliness of the repair, and professional demeanor of Tito Cruz. I was convinced to give Precision Garage Door a call after seeing the commercials. If I had a garage door problem, this would be the company to call. Ironically, the spring broke on the garage door this past Saturday evening. I called Sunday morning and actually had a live voice who answered the call. Wow. Scheduled for 1 - 5 the same day. Tito called and was at my house mid morning. Another wow. My husband spoke with Tito. He was absolutely fantastic. Very personable and professional. Made the repairs, which looked amazing, and the door is even quieter than before. I usually don't give very many highly praised reviews but this company and Tito deserve such high praises. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is having trouble with their garage door and need help. Thank you very much for truly impressing my husband and I on such an outstanding experience from the initial phone call in making the appointment to my garage door back up and running again. I needed to have my garage door repaired as it looked to me like there was a broken cable, a roller was off track and it wouldn't close. I chose Precision because I have seen your ads. Appt. was scheduled for a "window" and my tech, Tito Cruz, called early in the window. I like that Precision sends info about the tech! Tito diagnosed what was wrong with my old door and gave me several options to choose from in order to repair it. He explained everything that should be done. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. My door works and sounds better than it has in 30 years! I am very pleased that I decided to call Precision.

Tito C. is just wonderful! He is very knowledgeable about garage doors and is such a pleasure to deal with. Back in January one of our garage door springs broke and Tito was the tech that took care of that. Now another door broke a spring and today he fixed that one. Each time he inspected the entire door, gave his professional recommendations and then presented various options/prices ranging from just replacing the spring, to replacing bearings/rollers to improve the door function, all the way up to replacing the opener. In our case, for each door, the openers and most of the parts were the originals from when the house was built and they had been showing their age so we opted to fix everything while he was here. But had we selected just replacing the spring I'm sure he would have been just as happy to do that for us. It was totally our choice.
