The gentleman that came out to service our garage door was amazing. He was very professional and ending up helping us with the problem very quickly and realizing it was a breaker that was flipped and didn't try to sell us on it being something else. Also, Tara, the lady I spoke with in the phone was very polite and helped get us scheduled quickly knowing we have 3 little kids at home. I would highly recommend your company!

Thank you for fixing my garage door opener. But the price for the part replaced was too expensive. The price for "GEAR & SPROCKET ( CHAIN )" was $250. But I can find the same thing at $19 on Amazon. I understand it is usually higher than the regular price and maybe it includes your labor charge. But that's still too much...

Muy husband chose the Angie's list coupon for a Garage door tune up & quiet roller installation. Barry, the technician, called us to say he would be on-time after I was informed he'd be later than scheduled, and he was as courteous as could be. He inspected the door, mechanism and parts, pointed out some parts that were wearing, and work that probably should be done, but there was no hard sell to do the work. He priced out the extra repair (that I truly believe is in our near future)and proceeded to do the work specified on the coupon. Will no doubt return to request Barry for the repair. One of my BEST experiences with an Angie's list coupon vendor EVER!

i called Precision because the wire came off of the pulley. Precision sent out Keith who made the necessary recommendations in a very professional and proficient manner. Within an hour the garage door was fixed and operating. I appreciated Keith's honesty, integrity and professionalism.
