From the first call with Jill to the final installment with Jay everything was handled in the most respectful and professional way. Our garage door would not open. Our regular garage door service company could not come for 24 hrs or so. I remember seeing precision ad on tv. I called and a service rep Jay was there in less than 3 hrs. Overall good experience. I called one morning just for information and by the end of the day I had my new opener installed. Checked that project off my to do list. The tech, Tito was great. He was doing lifting that really needed two people. By the time he was done and pulling out you would have never known that he was there. Left the garage straight and clean.

Precision is definitely 5 star!! Called on Saturday around noon hopefully to get an appointment early in the week. They were at my house by 1:30 Saturday afternoon. Fast… Dakota did a fabulous job. He called 20 minutes out to let me know when he’d be arriving. He was fast, explained everything, and was great.

Thankfully our garage door broke after we had our cars out. What was more wonderful is the fact that Precision was able to make complete repairs within a 24-hour period, actually a 16 hour. There workers are extremely competent and very mannerly young man. My wife and I are completely satisfied.

This is the most outstanding website we have ever consulted; it included a listing of all the cautions we felt needed observing as well a picture of the technician, Chris, who installed our new garage door opener. In addition, Chris explained in detail the reasons for all the work he did, what it would take to make the changes he recommended, what our options might be, and how long the process would take. Outstanding in intelligence, competence, and professionalism, he made this tricky, possibly confusing replacement a truly valuable experience, also explaining the measures that would prevent future problems. We are extremely pleased with the result.

our garage door was/is quite old and the springs seem to have given out. the door got stuck when we tried to open the garage. your company was the first and only one we called, the phone call was answered by a human being who checked schedules and told us that a technician could come, between 10:30 (right when we had called) and 12:30 AM. when the tech (Keith) arrived with his assistant/trainee (Kyle) on location having called beforehand to say that he would be here with 30 minutes (and was present), both he and his assistant were able to assess the situation quickly, competently and correctly and proceeded with the work, after having given me a price quote. in less than an hour, the garage was repaired and fully operational and both worked in a focused, calm and polite manner. these days, to find such exceptional team members is rare. hold on to them, both, but especially Keith who was in the lead. they are/he is worth his weight in gold. highly recommended.
