Went to open the garage door on Saturday morning and had a broken spring. Called at 8:45 and someone was at the house before noon. Rick was the technician. He showed up on time, got right to work and completed the project quickly. He was pleasant and knew what he was doing. I was very happy with the experience.

Although just outside the time window given to us, the new spring was installed promptly. Serviceman Mike C. was courteous and professional. He gave me hints on how to perform my own regular maintenance on the door, hinges, track, chain, and spring. Totally satisfied. Fair price.

I was very impressed with the fast responce and the well knowledgeable service man named Mike. I called and within an hour I had Mike standing in my garage assessing the broken torsion springs. Within an hour they were fixed along with new rollers which has made the door less noisy when opening and closing. I wasnt expecting to pay as much as I did, but I got the 30000 cycle springs.

Convenience method of making the appointment in the evening the same day our garage door broke. Very courteous and friendly representative and informative website with appointment reminder sent via email. Mike C was our technician who came on time and was very knowledgeable. Fixed my garage spring quickly and suggested how the garage door can be maintained. The technician was very personable and offered reasonably priced services. I have used Precision twice prior at my former location so naturally it was an easy decision to call again for service yesterday at my new home to replace broken spring. While cost is always an issue with any outfit, I am confident in the service I get through Precision so don't mind paying a premium. Plus I called yesterday morning and the technician was out by 2:30 pm. and the door was operable in about 10 mins. Thanks again for competent work.

I had a broken garage door spring and when I submitted the work I was called the same day to schedule appointment. Technician was polite and on time. My only reason not to give 5 stars is I expected the spring be fixed that day...it was not. They had to come back another day to do the work.
