We needed to have the torsion spring replaced on our garage door. A Precision Door technician arrived about an hour after we called for assistance. Barry performed a thorough inspection of our door, made an honest recommendation, and had the springs replaced quickly. He is very friendly, and a true professional. Precision installed our doors originally. I work out of my garage for my business so immediate service was a must. We had a cable snap and a roller hinge break. I called them same day it broke and they we're able to come out and fix it! I was extremely impressed that they were able to come out same day. The tech was very polite, worked efficiently and said because they installed the doors, there was no charge for parts. I was only charged for labor. They did an amazing job! If you need any door replacement or repair, these are your go to guys, they are amazing!!!

Called Precision and schedule for next day. Barry was our technician came early (after verifying it was ok) and he did a quick and wonderful job. He replaced a broken torsion spring and bearing in one door and for preventative, did the same on the other non broken door. I could of done it myself but would of had to wait on parts and validate installation methods. Would recommend to anyone. He also made some quick recommendations on maintaining the doors and rollers properly before he left.

Barry arrived and quickly assessed the issue I had with my garage door. He explained everything clearly and was extremely knowledgeable. He performed all repairs timely and checked everything prior to him leaving the job. My garage door now operates quieter and smoothly than before. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the Price. The cost of the work in my eyes was a bit excessive.

I just wanted to thank Berry and Jordan for catching a potential problem with my garage opener. I call to have the rubber seal on the bottom of my garage door replaced. Berry observed that my drive train was slack. He went check the drive train assembly and informed me that it needed to be replace. He did a very good job explaining the issue so I could understand the seriousness of the problem without over selling it. I appreciated his concern and asked him to replace the drive train assembly to avoid a future problem. Thank you Berry.

As luck would have it, I closed my garage door with an aluminum pole protruding out of the garage. The result was the door came down on an angle, three guide wheels fell out, the track bent out and the cables came off their wheels. The next morning I called Precision Garage Door as well as another company. The first thing that attracted me to Precision was the woman (Elizabeth) whom I spoke to. She was friendly and professional. I was told I could expect the technician to arrive between 12 noon and 2 pm. Well, Barry C. showed up at about 11:45. For the next 90 minutes, Barry C. amazed me with his knowledge and expertise, not to mention, he didn't stop moving/working the whole time. Barry took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. It was quite evident that Barry took pride in what he was doing and certainly should. If I ran my own business, Barry would be the first guy I recruited. Thanks Barry C. and Precision Garage Door.
