Prompt and polite. I would let your customers know about the high quality springs and their cost. It might be a good idea to offer a second choice for those who cannot afford your first tier product. I was glad to install them, some may need a less expensive alternative.

I am appalled that you could charge me $49 to tell me that unless I replaced the springs on my door for 500 you couldn't repair/warrant ur work. Today my door is perfect $13 in parts n trustworthy service from a company with honest employees. You should be ashamed to charge a service call fee for such a scam. You wasted a good part of my day for 10 minutes worth of unethical business practices!
