I was very impressed with the courtesy and knowledge of Trevor, who was the representative that Precision Garage Door sent to my home today to provide an estimate to replace my garage door. He was very thorough in explaining what would be needed. I did not feel rushed or pressured. He was the first person I discussed the new garage door with and I will be getting 3 quotes before deciding on a company to do this replacement. I called and requested a quote for new doors and motors and remotes and springs and everything needed. You sent out Trevor. He was the nicest guy. Very professional. Answered every question I had. Told me all my options. Every company should have a Trevor. Great presentation. I am due a couple more quotes from other companies but they will have to do a hell of a job to beat Trevor.
