Technician Ron did an assessment of the problem, a thorough inspection of the door, hinges, rollers, cables, etc. and prepared a complete list of repairs needed and the cost estimate. Approval to go ahead was given and work proceeded. After 2+ hours the work was finished and door operation was smooth.
Ron was pleasant and friendly during the job and inspection found no further work needed. A variety of parts were required and all were available on hand, rollers and many more items.
I was very satisfied with the job done!
