I called to get a quote for a high lift retro. Tyler came out and gave me an estimate on the spot. This was not your typical install. He knew exactly what I wanted and how to do it. Tyler was awesome. Explaining everything in detail. JR came out to do the install. Again not your typical install. He was able to do the install exactly how I envisioned it. JR did a great job removing and installing the new system. He even programmed all my remotes and came back to drop off a wall unit he did not have on the truck. JR is very knowledgable in what he does. Thanks to Tyler and JR, plus I am sure a few people behind the scenes that made it happen.

JR called well in advance of the projected arrival time to let me know that their start time had been delayed. JR and Joe did an outstanding job of the installation. At the end they removed all the debris and old materials; left the area very nice. I was glad Tavon (from the first visit) pointed out on the contract to use the newly installed rollers instead of the rollers accompanying the new door, which JR and Joe knew in advance to do. JR answered all my questions and explained about the manual door opening switch which I didn't have before. That external switch will make things much easier. Great job! Great professionals!

Received an estimate for 2 new garage doors and 1 opener. Price to include labor is reasonable. The doors are insulated and the opener is belt drive making it quieter. We added windows to the doors, too. Overall pleased with the estimate. Will update if we decide to go with PGD. Waiting on another company for their estimate.

On Monday we began what has turned out to be amazingly simple and economically sound investment by contacting Precision Door Service. Our very aged, worn and wooden garage doors had well out lived there worth, the technician who did our inspection was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. Today Wednesday, a second employee arrived as punctual a pleasant as the first gentleman. About 4 hours later our home has had a facelift, we again have two functional and insulated garage doors. To date, I can only comment on the estimate, as I still have a couple other companies to check out before making a final decision. However, it was very easy to schedule an estimate appointment, which to my surprise was available the same day I called. Mr. Queen drove a long distance to come evaluate my garage door needs and was very personable and informative. He answered all my technical questions and inquired whether I would qualify for a number of discounts that Precision offers. Before making a final decision, I would like to visit your storefront in order to actually see the doors that I might purchase for installation, but what I received today is what I believe is a reasonable quote in a timely manner and with very cordial service!
