I booked a Repair Appointment online on Friday afternoon for Saturday from 1-5. Our technician, Bobby, was excellent. He was running late because of an unforeseen complication at another home, but let us know an estimated time of arrival. When Bobby arrived, he was courteous, efficient and fixed our problem without any issues. Overall Great Experience.

He and his partner were on time made very quick work on the needed repairs. Tyler presented me with three repair options and at no time attempted to upsell any additional work or parts. Barry was the service tech that came to assess my door problem (broken torsion spring) on Friday and ordered the part that came in quickly and was installed Monday by Sherman who showed up in the snow and ice (wasn't expecting that and would understand if he hadn't) but he came in and got the job done quickly!! Both Barry and Sherman are great guys professional and courteous! And not to forget the receptionist (I think a lot of people do) that gets the job started!! Thank you. THANKS TO ALL! Barry showed up at my home an hour late of the 4 hr window. Then he stated that any price I had been told during the scheduling of my appointment was incorrect and only to get my business and it would cost me $325 vs $225 I was told by the scheduling representative. When I asked Barry why it would cost $100 more he stated he didn’t like the vibe and he took his assistant and left. No explanation, no consultation, no negotiation. If you get Barry as the person installing your product, I might reconsider.

Our increasingly erratic garage door finally refused to open. Garry's diagnosis was not that the opener had failed, as we thought, but was due to the incorrect size springs that had been put there by another garage door company. Everything now works so much better than it ever has.

Garry was fantastic!!! We needed to have our torsion spring replaced. He arrived on time, laid out all the options for us without any sort of high pressure sales pitch and above all was extremely friendly. He completed the repairs quickly and even cleaned the inside of our garage door. I have nothing but high praise about the service we received. At some point in time in the future I am going to need a new garage door and when that time comes, I will be calling Precision to install the door.

Not a very good experience. It was a very short phone call after the repair person reviewed the work, I asked for a detailed written estimate for the required work and parts, was told he was going to give it, but have not received anything.
I spoke with our technician, who stated he called on the way. You were not at home, and told him what was wrong. You told him to leave, as you felt the price was high. He asked that you pay the service call, which you refused. Our technicians are paid by the job, so he made no money coming out to your house.
