I have given this company chance after chance to fix my problems and you have consistently dropped the ball. I will not be recommending your company to anyone who needs a garage door. It’s been over a week since I emailed JR the pictures that he requested about the damage that was done at my house. And no reply thus far. And still I have not had the strut replaced that was supposed to be fixed as well. That was almost a month ago at this point.

Excellent service from Gabriel Dibble. He replaced my garage door within 3 hours. Knowledgeable and responsive to questions. He even fixed a part of garage door component attached to the wall as complimentary service. Gave it 4 stars since i had to wait 2 months for the garage door since the time service order was placed and had to call multiple times to get a status from service reps. Overall great service.
