Your service technician was at our house 2 days later and not only did he look at the problem, but he practically rebuilt the workings on the spot, making not only one, but two garaage doors better than ever. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. They answered the phone when I called. They were on time for the appointment. The technician they sent (Brent) was outstanding and very knowledgeable. Additionally, the garage door opener Brent installed for me is quiet and smooth! Prior installation of garage door at site. Brent was very friendly and helpful. He had all the parts, for a really old Genie unit and figured out how to program the keypad by reading the instructions, which is usually impossible, in my experience. He didn't do more than was necessary...didn't try to upsell me to a more expensive item...and the charges were reasonable. Overall good experience.
