Fantastic: Tito & Nick were my Techs Called and advised they were on their way. They are friendly while remaining professional. Did a thorough check on garage door opener that had been damaged in a recent horrific storm. It was determine the unit was FRIED. Beyond revival. They explained all that needed to be done, since the unit was pushing ten years old such as replacing the wheels and the pulleys. The door itself was/is in great shape. When done they explained the updated features on the new unit. I am totally happy and satisfied with their demeanor and professionalism.

Fantastic service. Fantastic installer. Fantastic result. Called late in the afternoon and had an appointment for the following morning. Rick checked in from fifteen minutes out. He assessed the problem and put together two options for the repair. He carefully explained each option, and had all the materials he needed right on the truck. The repair was quickly finished, and then Rick set up my wife's car with her on-board door opener. Before Rick left, he made sure I understood all the new features and gave me his mobile number so that I could reach him if I had any other questions or problems. The new lift unit is whisper quiet, and well worth the investment. In today's world of mediocracy-is-the-norm, Rick and Precision Garage are a most refreshing return to service above and beyond from the initial contact through the install and follow-up. I recently had a complete replacement of garage door opener, springs, and door roller wheels in May 2020. The price was higher than expected, compared to internet search of costs, but the service was excellent, with a very quick and timely response, and the work appears to be very well done. Only minor disappointment is that the garage door opener only came with one remote rather than two.

Rick was very professional and I believe did an excellent job, both the replacement motor as well as what he would do and how long it would take. His truck had a dead battery which made him late, but he left it running during the repair and didn't cancel the appointment, and that was much better for me.

You guys really are great. So door won't open and I grab the phone on a Saturday at 6:30P. Woman who answers couldn't have been better: reassuring, efficient, clear, repeats details, gets all the information right the first time. No sense of impatience, boredom, usual mediocrity encountered in such cases. Less than twenty-four hours later Brian shows up with a smile and everything he needs to make the repair. He explains everything, is friendly, quick, most efficient. Walks me through how to test tension, operate the bypass for the opener. And when I ask about a warranty from a door replacement job five years ago, Brian adjusts the bill to cover a part replacement. Fantastic. Again: hope never to have to call you guys again, but I would not hesitate to call with a problem or to recommend Precision to anybody in need of great service.
