Yesterday afternoon my garage door showed an error code. I went online and arranged an appointment for early afternoon today and the technician showed up promptly. He diagnosed the problem and adjusted the tracks and performed an overall maintainence. I actually chose another company first. It was a big mistake and caused me some grief. Yes the other company may have been less expensive but would have cost me much more if I would have continued with them. My tech Bobby was wonderful. He was very competent, experienced and totally organized. I have a 2 door garage and both liftmasters were replaced. I now have terrific lighting and cameras and I can look on my phone to see if I remembered to close the garage door. Thank you so much for being a 5 star company.
