Had Precision Garage Door install a new opener one year ago. With the extreme cold weather I had a slight problem opening the door the last couple of days. Called Precision Door and was advised that they could have someone come out today (1-20-26) between 330 & 500PM. The technician arrived approximately 415, checked for the problem and made several minor adjustments to the door, springs, and track Door seems to be fine now. We had a problem with our garage door not opening, We called for service and were given an appointment for between 10:30am and 1:00pm on the following day. We received a call from your service man at about 8:30am asking if he could arrive early because we were his first call of the day. He arrived at about 9:15 am, figured out what our problem was and repaired it within 45 minutes. I was impressed with his friendly and courteous demeanor and the professional way he handled our problem. We would certainly recommend your company to anyone with a garage door problem. Precision Garage Doors came out on a Sunday if can believe it and completely refurbished my garage door like new. It runs quiet as a mouse now, smooth rolling all the way. New spring, new wheels, new something else I can’t remember the name of but, all I know is I’m exceedingly happy with the job their technician “Chris” did for us. I had a great experience with the service technician Nicolas Broughton. He was early for the appointment, well-prepared, and took the time to explain the problem and the solution in a way I could understand. The garage door has been squeaking and Nick returned to assess and determine all that could be done to correct the problem. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door because the company stands behind their work. It is reassuring that the technician will return if the same problem re-occurs. Precision gives prompt response.
