I had springs replaced over 10 years ago by Precision. Still going strong! I was told and witnessed that my 20 year old door opener system needed much repair work to bring it back on line. I was told of three options that I could pursue. I selected a middle option by choosing to go with a new Liftmaster opener and belt system (without back up battery option). The technicians (Chris Brown and his assistant) did an excellent job on the install and told me about all the features that came with my new opener. The MyQ app is great. The opener even has a security camera. I strongly recommend Precison to anyone with garage door issues !

Expectations exceeded, Problem was solved and information was shared I did not know. Tech was professional and very helpful. Any commercial that I have seen reflect the service I received. Techs looked well put together and professional in them and that is exactly what showed up to my house today.

Scheduling same-day service was quick & confirmed by email; technician (Tavon) called when on the way & arrived early; diagnosed problem & explained repair options, costs and warranties. Tavon completed the work, cleaned-up, explained what had been done, and tested the door operation. Tavon earned the 5-Star rating and I would use and also recommend Precision again.

My Garage door stopped working. I was referred by a friend to call Precision Service for assistance with my repairs. I called Precision and was amazed that I could receive a same day appointment. Tito Cruz once again provided superb service. He quickly determined the motor for my garage door had failed due to a power surge from a storm. His truck contained a replacement unit, so he quickly fixed the problem. He then inspected the other door system parts and found the 10-year-old roller bearings of my most-used door were in bad shape . . about to fail. He quickly replaced them. BOTTOM LINE: Quick response by Precision. The firm supplied both a highly-skilled tech (Tito) and a van that contained all needed replacement parts.

More than pleased. I was updated on arrival times and Bobby was terrific. I was given all my options from temporary to long term fixes. I was shocked the work was performed immediately with the amount of work that had to be done. When finished the garage was clean like no one had been there. I needed a garage door spring replaced and I’ve been seeing the commercials for Precision and decided to give them a call my service technician named Jay arrived early and was friendly and polite and professional and knowledgeable ! Called and got an appointment for the next morning. Tito Cruz called to tell me he was on the way and showed up on time. Tito was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a full maintenance check on both doors, lubricated where necessary, and fixed the travel. He replaced the backup batteries and added locks. All work was done well and quickly. And he left me some lubricant and showed me where to apply in the future. Very satisfied.
