Called requesting service and received same within 30 minutes. Tito was very open and honest about previous work (door replacement) which should have came with upgraded equipment to handle the weight difference. He showed me the results of wear and tear and recommended the upgrades. Work was completed in about 3-hours and the difference was tremendous. Quiet and convenient. Would recommend Precision and Tito to anyone.

Chris Calianno came out, inspected the garage door and provided me with a few options. We decided on a course of action and then George Harrison arrived and did an amazing job getting my garage door back in working order. Garage door broke Friday Precision came out the next day!! They sent Nick!! He was a lifesaver because the cars were stuck in the garage!! Nick was Knowledgable and professional! I received same day, non-emergency service to repair a garage door that wouldn't open. The repairs were significant due to age and rust. Nicholas Broughton was the technician. He was very courteous and professional and explained all aspects of the repair and provided a clear estimate before work began. He called Trevor for assistance. I called for service on a garage door at 5:00 last evening. They had a technician (Tyler Johnson) here at 8:15 this morning. Very nice young man and very professional. He shared with me what he thought the problem was and then he went to work on it. He identified the problem, replaced the motor, etc. and was out of here in less than 2 hours. Door runs quiet and smooth. I was very pleased with Tyler and the service.

Nick from Arbutus was awesome! Showed up on time, very professional, explained why I needed new opener and upgraded features I would have. Install was efficient and system worked perfect. Much quieter than my 20 yr old opener. Programmed outdoor key pad and both remotes. LED light so no more climbing up ladder to replace bulbs. Could not be happier and I’m not an easily pleased customer. Nick was outstanding!!!

I chose Precision because I had a garage door replaced last year and was happy with the results. Recently I had a problem with the garage door closing properly. After the technician checked the door, he advised that he needed a part and would return the next day. Somehow a communication occurred and the return date didn’t get into the schedule. After my call, everything was handled very well. Thanks to the technician for everything. I would recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.

I was first impressed with the answering service, asking thorough questions and requesting specific information. The serviceman, Ron, arrived timely and followed parking etiquette so not to inconvenience our neighbors. Ron is very knowledgeable of garage doors i.e., counterbalancing and force conversions that are needed to offset the doors weight. Plus, he is very charismatic and customer oriented.
