The technician, Keyon Haughton, was very patient and helpful with explaining the current situation with my garage door and responding to my questions. He was able to install the new motor along with its components successfully. He also walked thru with the new remote and functionality of the new unit with me and my wife. Much appreciated and happy with the new unit installed.

Our experience with Precision has been great! Bobby was very polite and professional. He listened to our needs during the estimate process and answered all of our questions. He returned to do the installation and did an excellent job. Bobby left our garage cleaner than when he arrived and we are extremely satisfied with his workmanship.

Christopher Brown was simply an extraordinary tech. He knew every detail concerning our old door and how the mechanism was failing. Christopher suggested the best options for replacing all of the old parts. We had three estimates to choose from. We were free to decide on the best option for us. I was amazed that the work could be done right away even though we were in no hurry. The work was completed ahead of schedule too. Christopher was thorough and answered any questions we had. We are extremely pleased how our old door has been brought back to life and runs like new.

We had previously used the Precision Door Service with excellent results...so when an unexpected accident occurred, the choice was easy. They responded quickly on a weekend call and set up a repair visit on a fairly quick turnaround. Your rep arrived in a timely fashion and was personable, knowledgeable and able to assess and address our needs quickly and professionally. Be sure to ask for senior pricing if appropriate!

I wanted to reach out and express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding job Nicolas did on my garage. From start to finish, his professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. The quality of the workmanship is truly superior, and it has completely transformed the space. It’s rare to find contractors who take this much pride in their work. I would be more than happy to recommend your services to anyone.

Strongly recommend this company. I got an email confirming my appointment time, the email included a pic of the technician. Technician called 20 minutes prior to his arrival. Technician inspected all the garage components and recommended what needed to be done. After installing several new parts the technician took his time and showed me everything he did and showed me how to operate everything. My old unit was 23 years and had never been serviced.

The technician was prompt and polite and very friendly. He gave me three options which were a little pricey, but not unreasonable. He took care of the work within an hour and we had a nice chat would definitely recommend.

I selected Precision Garage Door after consulting with several other garage door companies, many of which immediately recommended replacing the entire garage doors rather than addressing the specific issue I was experiencing. I appreciated that Precision took a more thoughtful and honest approach. They evaluated the problem carefully and provided a practical repair solution instead of pushing an unnecessary full replacement. This level of integrity and professionalism strongly influenced my decision to choose them. Jesse, the service representative, further confirmed that I made the right choice. He arrived promptly, conducted a thorough assessment, and explained the repair process clearly and professionally. His expertise, attention to detail, and courteous manner reflected the high standards of the company. Jesse ensured the work was completed correctly and that I fully understood the condition and operation of my garage door before he left. Overall, Precision Garage Door demonstrated honesty, technical skill, and exceptional customer service. Their willingness to repair rather than upsell a full replacement set them apart from other companies, and my experience with Jesse reinforced my confidence in choosing them.

Absolutely excellent service. I had a very unusual situation. A snake unfortunately decided to make a terrible mistake by enmeshing itself around the rails of our garage door. This caused our door to jam up. I chose Precision because they were easy to schedule online. Our technician was prompt, very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to deal with the problem and get the garage working once again. In addition, he also helped to diagnose and ultimately repair a lot of age-related issues that I had wanted to take care of even before I had the problem with the door jamming. The price quoted was VERY reasonable and the work was done during the same visit. He didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of things I didn’t need and he didn’t pull any BS. I purchased a lot more than just springs, I had practically every moving part of the door fixed, lubricated or replaced outright. The technician also reinforced the top part of the door so that the connection to the opener would last longer. Would definitely recommend.

We needed an emergency garage repair because our garage door began to open on its own at unpredictable times, even during the night. Precision Garage Repair Service sent technician Josey to our house the very next day to troubleshoot the issue. Josey quickly diagnosed the problem, and thoroughly explained three options for correcting it to me and my husband. Josey was very patient, respectful, and courteous in answering my many questions and clarifying the possible solutions. He did not pressure us into buying a new opener. However, we decided that it was time to update to a new Liftmaster 3.0 unit in order to essentially eliminate the possibility of further outside interfere. Josey worked competently and quickly to install the new unit. It was a genuine pleasure to work with a technician like Josey. We will definitely use Precision Garage Repair Service again in the future.
