Technician Chris Brown did a thorough inspection of the door and opener, explained his findings and provided multiple options from adjustments to spring and bearings replacement along with two new opener options, all clearly outlined and priced. We chose to have the springs and bearings replaced and serviced, which Mr. Brown completed in about an hour. Upon paying for the services, Mr. Brown provided us with the quotes for the two door opener options, one of which we are likely to have installed later in the summer of 2026. Mr. Brown was quite knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining what each option would provide and the associated warranties. A very professional service call, I’ll use Precision for future work and recommend them to anyone interested in garage door repair.

This has been a learning experience. I am the President of a condo association board in the past we had less than desirable service from a garage door company in repairing one of our garage doors. We had our management Co call Precision Garage and the technician immediately diagnosed the problem and made the repair. I was not the President at this time but was familiar with incident. Here is where it gets interesting the board was so impressed with the service they decided to enter into a maintenance contract with them (Precision Garage Door of Baltimore, Inc.) We were slated for four service calls a year. When the service truck came out I noticed that there were no markings on the truck, and the technician was not in clothing with the company logo. Since this was a routine service call I just thought that Precision Garage Door outsourced some of its work to private vendors. It was not until this emergency happened that the difference was noted. Our garage door spring broke and as it usually does it was after hours and on the weekend. I googled Precision garage door and called the number provided and it was and answering machine, not what I expected from a company who advertised 24/7 emergency service. I left my name and number but received no call back. I then looked at past invoices and called that number and received the same voicemail. Confused I did a google search again and found another number and called and received your company and a live person and set up a service call for the next day. I disabled the garage door and had some help raising it and propping it open so residents could exit the garage. The next day your technician arrived as promised in a truck wrapped in your advertising. And dressed in your work clothes. He looked at the door and asked when it was last service and I told him ln October he seemed perplexed when I told him the technician was on a vehicle with no markings. I showed him an invoice and he replied that’s not our company. At this point I was totally shocked having learned that we were in contract with a company with the same name and logo as yours. Needless to say your technician was willing to make the repair, but lseft it up to me since we did have a contractual agreement with an imposter. I elected to not have him do the work reluctantly. I would however like an estimate from your company for a preventative maintenance contract.

Such great service from your technician who was so professional and courteous. I am so glad I called Precision Garage Door Service when my garage door spring broke as they came out the next day! Tito was very knowledgeable and experienced and showed me my options for repair. I had been concerned as the door is 30+ years old and the rollers, etc had never been replaced. Tito had all of the parts with him and now my door is not only working but it much safer and quieter.
