Fantastic experience from start to finish. Chris Brown arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be replaced. They even noticed a few parts of my older system that were wearing out and fixed them before they became a safety hazard. The door operates so smoothly now. Highly recommend!

Could not ask for better service! Scheduled repair request, Technician Darryl Mayzck sent an e-mail introducing himself and confirming the appointment. Promptly arrived on time. Completely explained the process he would be following, inspected the garage door for potential problems causing the door to shake badly when lowered. Advised that the rollers appear to have excess wear and should be replaced. Provided a quote to complete the work within ten (1) minutes. Agreed to price and signed agreement. Work complete with 45 minutes or so. Garage door now works as good as if it were new. Shared with me his suggestions for repairs to be considered in the future and provided an cost estimate. FANATASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Darryl gets a 10 out of 10 for his professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge. Thank you!

Thankfully, I was able to get a representative on the phone quickly, and they immediately gave me a convenient four-hour arrival window. Brett Evans was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue right away. I really appreciated that he offered us three different pricing options, allowing us to make the best decision for our budget and family. I had a fantastic experience with Bobby from Precision Doors. My garage door was stuck closed, one track was bent and it refused to open trapping my car inside. He was prompt, arriving exactly when he said he would, and was very professional. Instead of immediately pushing for expensive replacements, he clearly explained the issue and offered a few different repair options. He worked quickly, ensured the door was safe and balanced. The door has never worked better. It is quieter now than it was when it was brand new 16 years ago.

We've used Precision in the past, and they've come through every time. Because garage doors never break when it's convenient. When the springs broke this time, they were able to move us up to an earlier slot on the weekend and offered us four options to fix the problem at various price points. The tech was knowledgable, courteous, and eficient, and professional. He had all the tools to do the repair with him. He made sure the cars stuck in the garage were safe from any damage at all times. If we have an issues in the future, we'll use them every time.

Tito C. is just wonderful! He is very knowledgeable about garage doors and is such a pleasure to deal with. Back in January one of our garage door springs broke and Tito was the tech that took care of that. Now another door broke a spring and today he fixed that one. Each time he inspected the entire door, gave his professional recommendations and then presented various options/prices ranging from just replacing the spring, to replacing bearings/rollers to improve the door function, all the way up to replacing the opener. In our case, for each door, the openers and most of the parts were the originals from when the house was built and they had been showing their age so we opted to fix everything while he was here. But had we selected just replacing the spring I'm sure he would have been just as happy to do that for us. It was totally our choice.

My garage door sensor quit working so I decided to replace both sensors figuring that would be an easy fix. Wrong. Changing the sensor was not difficult yet the door would still not function. The Manufacturer suggested that I call Precision and happily they set up an appointment for the next morning. Precision immediately emailed and texted an appointment confirmation. The Tech, Jared, sent a text and phoned me to confirm his arrival time. He quickly diagnosed that the wiring had issues, showed me a repair estimate and had the wiring fixed and door working within 15 minutes. I was really impressed with the professionalism and courteousness of this Technician. The repair invoice was very reasonable and the overall experience was an A plus! Great company!

Bobby Schoar was our technician. He was prompt, very professional and really knew what he was doing. He was very good at explaining what we needed and why.
