Jamal was awesome, showed up on time and did an amazing job. Chris in sales was on point as well. The call center needs some work. There was some scheduling confusion and the call center's first action was to assign blame to another employee instead of addressing the issue and resolving it. Not a good look.

My experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. Our repairman, Tito, did an excellent job repairing our garage doors. He explained everything clearly, worked very efficiently, and was both polite and professional throughout the entire process. He made sure we understood the issue and how it was resolved, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was smooth, helpful, and effective. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Tito Cruz came out and explained that the old lock on the garage door couldn't be repaired properly and suggested an garage door opener. He installed the opener in a timely fashion and explained everything in detail. This was the 2nd time he had come to my house and both times the service was exceptional.

I looked online for a garage repair service that was close to my location in Edgewater, Md. I am so happy I chose Precision Garage Door Service. From the moment I called to inquired about making an appointment, the customer service person was very friendly to schedule the appointment and explain the process. On the day of the appointment only 2 days after I called, the service tech Craig communicated when he was 30 minutes from arriving. Craig was friendly and took the time to diagnose the issues I was having for each of the 4 doors I have. Craig made some great recommendations to approve the doors operations, that I agreed with. Craig preformed all the work and gave me more suggestions on different ideas I could do to improve operations and life span of my garage door. I highly recommend using Precision Garage Door Service

Our overall experience was outstanding. Starting with the appointment. A technician was scheduled to come on the same day as my call. Our cars were stuck in the garage, so you can imagine how important it was to get a timely appointment at such short notice. The Technician, Nicolas Broughton, was excellent. This morning, I contacted Precision Door Service with an garage door issue. Jamal Crosby, the service technician, arrived on time and was courteous and very knowledgeable. He repaired our door in less than 70 minutes. This company truly stands by their work and will immediately rectify any issue. I had my garage doors & openers installed over 13 years ago. Never have I worked with a company that provides such exceptional customer service as Precision Door Service! I would recommend them to everyone in MD.

That was certainly the case today when Elijah and Darryl came to do my and my neighbor's service. We both had a tune-up, and I also was having issues with my Genie touchpad. Tito came out to inspect our broken garage door spring. He was on time (on a Sunday), professional, knowledgeable and very thorough and neat. Our home is almost 18 years old and the garage door opener itself was aging. Tito recommended that we replace the broken springs with a stronger material and also to replace the actual garage door opener itself since it was aging. He showed us frayed cables and other items that needed to be addressed probably sooner than later due to the age and wear of the components. Tito explained why each component was important. We felt for safety reasons it was time to address this garage door opener repair. We elected to replace the garage door opener and other worn out parts. We are very pleased with the result. It was a little pricey, but we believe that this is one item that quality and expert installation is paramount. We would recommend Tito and Precision Garage Door Service to anyone, even those that may be looking for a "simple" repair.
