Reflection on Precision Garage Doo's technician Mr. Jay Constantine: Jay arrived promptly and expertly assessed the condition of our broken half-functioning garage door that potentially threatened the safety of my family. With full knowledge of what to do he went to work and in under an hour the door was fully functioning. Although not required, it really helped and assured me of his honesty in assessing the situation because he carried himself similarly. Extremely pleasant with sufficient reserve for a professional encounter. Thank you Precision Garage Door for undergoing a great selection.

This is my second time using Precision Garage Door Company. This morning Tavon Flowers came to our rescue by replacing the hinges, spring, cables and rollers on the garage door. His work ethic was outstanding! He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be done. He made sure that everything was in working order before he left. I would definitely call Precision Garage Door Company again if needed.

He first came up with a quote for the work, explaining what each line item was for, and got me an option that I could work with. His execution was workmanlike and thorough and I would certainly recommend him and request his services if I need further work on my garage doors. Saw many commercials on TV. When my sensor went out they popped into my mind. Phoned and got an appointment right away. Chris B. came out ON TIME and was friendly but professional. He explained EVERYTHING including how to keep the old door working for a few more years. Price was so reasonable. If and when the door fails you will be who I call!! Thanks for sending out the tech. Of course it would be a holiday weekend when the spring on our garage door broke! Consequently, the online search for a service provider began. The Yelp reviews for Precision Door and their service area made them an obvious choice. Their website was user friendly and made it easy to schedule service for a Sunday afternoon. Text confirmations and reminders were sent to my cell. The technician, Christopher Brown, called and asked if he could arrive early. He was very professional and clearly stated what inspection he would provide and how long it would take. Afterwards, he presented several repair options. The choice was made to replace the springs, pulleys, and rollers. All required parts were on his truck and the repairs took less time than estimated. The service, timeliness and professionalism of Precision Door was exceptional . . . especially in this day and age! Personally, I would recommend Chris and Precision Door whole-heartedly.

We used Precision Garage Door of Central Maryland before. They replaced one of our two openers a few years ago. They did a fine job then and the unit is performing well, so I decided to return to them for the second door opener. As in the first job, the tech did a great job. He completed the task in about 90 minutes and even checked the first door to make sure it was working properly - which it was.

Rarely do you find yourself at a loss of words regarding commenting on work done by contractors but here I am shocked by the excellent experience I had with Precision Garage Door ! Your technician Jamal Crosby is a fantastic representative of not only your company but the youth of today. He is a hardworking and very friendly young man. His personality is as such we didn't want him to leave. He is very competent and proud of his work. Jamal completed the installation and repairs quickly and made extra sure we old timers knew how to operate the new remote applications. I cannot say enough kind words about our experiences with this company and wholly recommend them for repairs and new equipment!

Our garage door motor got fried in a lightning strike. Precision had someone here the next day to make the repair and reprogram our keypad and remotes. The service rep was terrific and understood our issue immediately and set the appointment with no hassle at all. Bobbie, the technician, turned up as promised the next morning and did a thorough and careful evaluation of what happened. Suggested that we add a surge protector (a12 dollar item) to prevent the same problem from recurring in the future. And he did a thorough job of re-calibrating the whole system and making sure that everything was working properly. He was professional and easy to deal with. We've used Precision before and have always had the same experience: professional and prompt service from knowledgeable and thorough staff. Truly a well-run and reliable business of the first order!

Incredible job. Our technician, Tyrone, was fantastic. Had the new opener up in about two hours, replacing an old chain drive unit that dated back to about 2006. Expert work. Very patient in demonstrating all the features of the new unit. Very professional and friendly. Couldn't be happier. Recommend Precision and Tyrone very highly!

The garage door would not open or close a couple of days before leaving town. It needed repaired quickly. Looking at different web sites of the companies that had good reviews, I chose to go in order but stopped at Precision because they could come out the next day. Mr. Cruz, the technician was competent, efficient, professional and personable. The door itself was okay, but all the moving parts needed to be replaced after 21 years. A look at the parts replaced, I am surprised they lasted as long as they did.The door functions better than it ever did. It wasn't just the cables purchased, but the whole system minus the door and brackets. I would highly recommend Precision and Mr. Cruz for any garage door purchase or repair.
