I had the most amazing experience with Precision Garage. I had the worst sounding garage door that was worse than nails on a chalkboard. I was embarrassed to even use my garage door. Tito, my technician, took the time to explain what the issues were and offered me different options to reduce the awful sound. He arrived on time and was kind, polite, and friendly. I love my new garage door opener and all of the equipment that goes with it for a quiet garage door. Thanks Precision Garage and specifically Tito.

The company we usually use to maintain our doors was unable to come out for 3 WEEKS to free my car, which was stuck in the garage due to a broken door spring. Precision was able to come out within 2 HOURS. Tyler (the technician) was very friendly and had my car back on the road in no time. The repair was, in my opinion, a little pricey--but, hey, I was a captive audience, so I guess I can't complain.

Yesterday afternoon my garage door showed an error code. I went online and arranged an appointment for early afternoon today and the technician showed up promptly. He diagnosed the problem and adjusted the tracks and performed an overall maintainence. There was no pressure for the maintainence, but it felt that a good thing to do and the price is quite reasonable. He completed the work in a short time, explained exactly what he did and answered all my questions in a courteous and friendly manner. I heartly recommend Precision who are timely, competant and reasonably priced.

Our garage door would not shut and in the money mailer I saw a Precision coupon. I immediately called and made an appointment. Tyler was out the next day to examine everything and found the problem. We needed new sensors which he replaced. Such a very personable and professional young man. He knew just what to do and it didn’t take long but we spent more time talking about our lives. I actually chose another company first. It was a big mistake and caused me some grief. Yes the other company may have been less expensive but would have cost me much more if I would have continued with them. My tech Bobby was wonderful. He was very competent, experienced and totally organized. I have a 2 door garage and both liftmasters were replaced. I now have terrific lighting and cameras and I can look on my phone to see if I remembered to close the garage door. Thank you so much for being a 5 star company.

Bobby Shoar was fantastic to work with. He explained what our 43 yr old wooden door needed, having only had a slight tune up 8 yrs ago. He did a fabulous job on the door, cleaned up, and took away a long rubber strip we had installed many years ago, and all with a great attitude and smile on his face when our back porch temp was 103 and the heat index 110; what a trooper. It is so rare these days to have a company so organized and knowledgeable about the products/services they sell and install. Your technician - Craig Taylor - came out to the house on a Monday (after your website allowed me to make an easy appointment online) and scheduled the repairs on all 5 garage doors for the very next day. He arrived before he said he would, and stayed the entire day to fix the trim and flashing on the garage doors. The work was done with care and precision and the total cost was very reasonable for the size of the job. Tyler Wasson was on time, clean, polite and very competent. He was done is a very short time and our Door works even better than before.
