I had a new garage door opener and torque tube installed less than 2 years ago. I was concerned because the garage door opening was a bit noisier than usual and I wanted to be sure it was normal aging or if any adjustments might be required. Upon arrival, Jared listened to my comments, tested the door several times and lubricated all of the mechanical joints. He said that all should be OK. Jared answered all of my questions about door operation and capabilities. I was impressed at the thoroughness of operation by Precision Garage Door Service. After calling for service, I was notified by both Email and Text Message about my appointment time and the name of the technician. For safety reasons, I was notified that the technician would arrive in a marked vehicle, wear a uniform, and would match the name and photo provided in the messages. Jared notified me by email that he was on the way and his estimated time of arrival. I was also able to track his travel progress on a Google Map link Jared provided in his email. He arrived precisely on time. Best of all, because my new system was still under warranty, there was no service charge. Excellent company and outstanding service!!!!

Years ago, I previously used Precision to replace a broken door spring. They responded at a reasonable amount of time and that work was performed in a professional and satisfactory manner. This time, when my door spring broke, Precision responded just like last time. Elijah, the friendly technician, completed the job as expected. He also pointed out a hidden bad bearing problem, along with the broken spring. He replaced two bad bearings and installed 2 new springs. Again, all done in a proficient and satisfactory manner.

He introduced himself when he arrived and after looking at the problem he explained everything he needed to do and had all the materials on his truck to make the repair on this same trip. Showed me what he was doing and answered all my questions. Elijah Bowman immediately noticed why our one door wasn't opening/closing correctly. He readjusted the coil mechanism so the disc that the tension wire runs through it but the tension wasn't right to it flapped and hit the ceiling. He adjusted it to make it more easily operate. He was on time and the email appointment confirmation and advance notification of his arrival were helpful. We asked for Elijah because he did the initial work and is an expert at his craft.
