My garage door sensor quit working so I decided to replace both sensors figuring that would be an easy fix. Wrong. Changing the sensor was not difficult yet the door would still not function. The Manufacturer suggested that I call Precision and happily they set up an appointment for the next morning. Precision immediately emailed and texted an appointment confirmation. The Tech, Jared, sent a text and phoned me to confirm his arrival time. He quickly diagnosed that the wiring had issues, showed me a repair estimate and had the wiring fixed and door working within 15 minutes. I was really impressed with the professionalism and courteousness of this Technician. The repair invoice was very reasonable and the overall experience was an A plus! Great company!

The gentleman that came out to service our garage door was amazing. He was very professional and ending up helping us with the problem very quickly and realizing it was a breaker that was flipped and didn't try to sell us on it being something else. Thank you for fixing my garage door opener. But the price for the part replaced was too expensive. The price for "GEAR & SPROCKET ( CHAIN )" was $250. But I can find the same thing at $19 on Amazon. I understand it is usually higher than the regular price and maybe it includes your labor charge. But that's still too much...

Muy husband chose the Angie's list coupon for a Garage door tune up & quiet roller installation. Barry, the technician, called us to say he would be on-time after I was informed he'd be later than scheduled, and he was as courteous as could be. He inspected the door, mechanism and parts, pointed out some parts that were wearing, and work that probably should be done, but there was no hard sell to do the work. He priced out the extra repair (that I truly believe is in our near future)and proceeded to do the work specified on the coupon. Will no doubt return to request Barry for the repair. One of my BEST experiences with an Angie's list coupon vendor EVER!
