Previous customer. Precision did maintenance 2 years ago. Door is 25 years old now, so it got it to last another couple years.

Technician Fred Parsons arrived on schedule for our appointment to discuss a new garage door. He was super friendly and showed us multiple types of doors with panel samples. After showing us the various types of windows we could have in our door we selected one and he was helpful in working an estimate up for us. Although the price is a bit of a shock it is in line with other companies. He was super professional in every way and made our decision to go ahead easier.
