Elijah was experienced, well mannered, and efficient. He carefully explained the obvious problem of the broken spring, but then performed a thorough check before offering a couple of options for repair. Could not ask for better service! Scheduled repair request, Technician Darryl Mayzck sent an e-mail introducing himself and confirming the appointment. Promptly arrived on time. Completely explained the process he would be following, inspected the garage door for potential problems causing the door to shake badly when lowered. Advised that the rollers appear to have excess wear and should be replaced. Provided a quote to complete the work within ten (1) minutes. Agreed to price and signed agreement. Work complete with 45 minutes or so. Garage door now works as good as if it were new. Shared with me his suggestions for repairs to be considered in the future and provided an cost estimate. FANATASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Darryl gets a 10 out of 10 for his professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge. Thank you!

The technician (Tavon) was early and called to let me know he was on the way. Once here he did a great job of diagnosing and alleviating the problem. He also did a quick checkup of my two door 18-year old doors/systems and pointed out things that might become issues in the coming years. Overall, a great job by the company setting up the appointment and the tech who fixed my problem.

Tito Cruz represents your company in a professional and knowledgeable way. He thoroughly explained what was broken and worn on my garage doors and, with approval, went ahead and replaced both springs expertly and efficiently (my observation). Watching him work was like "poetry in motion".. you could tell he had many years of experience and had the right tools. I hope other company techs are as courteous and helpful. Booking an appointment was also efficient and courteous. Company response was 2 days out.. they appear to be in heavy demand. Response time may matter when your car is "trapped" in the garage.

The Garage Door Spring died this Morning. Called Precision, they were very helpful with sending a Tech out to my house. They arrived quickly and before the 1-5 window I was quoted!!!! Tito called me when he was on his way to my house. Tito arrived and was very knowledgeable about my issue. He explained to me what needed to be done and completed the work quickly. I feel the price was reasonable! Tito was very professional and personable. I would recommend Tito and Precision to anyone. They also have Military Discounts for Veterans. 9/7/2022 - Great Service from Tito and Precision Garage Door. Tito was the consummate professional, found things that needed service I didn't know about. Absolute Pro job, the garage door is butter smooth now, and much quieter. Highly Recommend this company and will be using them again if necessary.

BEWARE!!! GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY...WAY OVERPRICED LABOR CHARGE wrapped into product prices!!. Had service today for replacement of 2 springs, 3 pulleys and 2 cable wires. Tito quoted cost at $924.00 and if I replaced 12 rollers, with their best rollers, for one single garage door the cost would be $1214.00. The parts themselves costs no way over $250 - $300 dollars in my opinion. However, based on the quoted price, that would make the LABOR charge roughly $600.00 to $900.00 and for a job that only took approx. 1hr to 1 1/2 hour to complete. Tito the technician justification was that based on the skill level of the technician with more than 22yrs experience in repairing garage doors and due to COVID, all pricings are going up. Sorry, not buying that rational or attempted justification for the inflated prices. So basically, a Precision Garage Door Technician will cost a customer a minimum $600 to do one hour of labor work. Per the technician the green colored springs are their very best and cost about $100+ a piece, okay but the remaining LABOR CHARGE WRAPPED INTO THE PRICES OF THE PARTS IS OUTRAGEOUS. ***GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR GARAGE REPAIRS *** This company in my opinion is more geared towards commercial business repairs where a company can foot these outlandish & outrages overcharges, but definitely not for the simple residential home customers. Do yourself a favor and get yourself 2-3 estimates from other companies before going this company, unless you just wades of money laying around to spend on pulleys, springs and cables.

I'm very pleased with my technician, he did an excellent job of explaining all of the details that the job would consist of the estimate and time frame. I did do another estimate with another company, it was not a big difference in the estimate but I felt more comfortable with his knowledge in doing the best job in what I needed. I'm giving him a 5* for the relief of not having to call him back months before the contract ended. I'm satisfied customer and would definitely refer him to my relatives, neighbors and friends.

Chris fully evaluated the repair required, and since all the parts were on his truck already, he went right to work replacing springs, rollers, cables and pulleys. Very knowledgeable techician, and the automatic garage door is like new again.
