The company we usually use to maintain our doors was unable to come out for 3 WEEKS to free my car, which was stuck in the garage due to a broken door spring. Precision was able to come out within 2 HOURS. Tyler (the technician) was very friendly and had my car back on the road in no time. The repair was, in my opinion, a little pricey--but, hey, I was a captive audience, so I guess I can't complain.

Yesterday afternoon my garage door showed an error code. I went online and arranged an appointment for early afternoon today and the technician showed up promptly. He diagnosed the problem and adjusted the tracks and performed an overall maintainence. There was no pressure for the maintainence, but it felt that a good thing to do and the price is quite reasonable. He completed the work in a short time, explained exactly what he did and answered all my questions in a courteous and friendly manner. I heartly recommend Precision who are timely, competant and reasonably priced.

I called for service on a garage door at 5:00 last evening. They had a technician (Tyler Johnson) here at 8:15 this morning. Very nice young man and very professional. He shared with me what he thought the problem was and then he went to work on it. He identified the problem, replaced the motor, etc. and was out of here in less than 2 hours. Door runs quiet and smooth. I was very pleased with Tyler and the service.
