Originally from Baltimore and I am a Ravens fan for life! I make sure i’m thorough with garage repairs and love customer service. I love mountain biking and golf. Also love spending time with my wife as well as training our service dog.
I am very happy with the garage door service. A spring broke on one of my garage doors early this morning. I called Precision Garage doors and a service technician, Tyler, was at my door in 2 hours. He inspected the door and provided a recommendation and the costs. I agreed with his recommendation and Tyler completed the work in less than an hour. I couldn't be happier with the service. This is the second time I have used precision garage doors and once again, I am thoroughly impressed. Tyler arrived on time and was very professional and cordial and explained to me what needed to be done. He made sure.I understood the process completely. I called for service on a garage door at 5:00 last evening. They had a technician (Tyler Johnson) here at 8:15 this morning. Very nice young man and very professional. He shared with me what he thought the problem was and then he went to work on it. He identified the problem, replaced the motor, etc. and was out of here in less than 2 hours. Door runs quiet and smooth. I was very pleased with Tyler and the service.

I chose Precision because I had a garage door replaced last year and was happy with the results. Recently I had a problem with the garage door closing properly. After the technician checked the door, he advised that he needed a part and would return the next day. Somehow a communication occurred and the return date didn’t get into the schedule. After my call, everything was handled very well. Thanks to the technician for everything. I would recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.

Appointment made with ease. Installer called prior to arriving. Problem was diagnosed and repair was suggested. Also the worker discovered a problem with the existing garage door opener do to its age. The suggestion was approved, and the opener was replaced as well as the broken spring. Door is working very smoothly now. The workers were very respectfully to us and our property. No mess left. Would recommend this company to others

We used Precision about 5 years ago and were so impressed we decided to call them again. The whole experience from calling to schedule a visit to the completion of the job was a pleasure. We received an appointment the next day. The technician, Tyler, was in communication with us before he arrived. He was very personable. He did a great job in less time than he estimated. Another thing that impressed us was that the technicians from Precision are always stocked. We have dealt with many contractors and no one was able to start and complete any job the day they arrive.
