When Tyler J arrived and began his site inspection and we had a quick conversation I knew I was in good hands. He was beyond professional, polite, and knowledgeable that put me quite at ease. Appointment made with ease. Installer called prior to arriving. Problem was diagnosed and repair was suggested. Also the worker discovered a problem with the existing garage door opener do to its age. The suggestion was approved, and the opener was replaced as well as the broken spring. Door is working very smoothly now. The workers were very respectfully to us and our property. No mess left. Would recommend this company to others

We used Precision about 5 years ago and were so impressed we decided to call them again. The whole experience from calling to schedule a visit to the completion of the job was a pleasure. We received an appointment the next day. The technician, Tyler, was in communication with us before he arrived. He was very personable. He did a great job in less time than he estimated. Another thing that impressed us was that the technicians from Precision are always stocked. We have dealt with many contractors and no one was able to start and complete any job the day they arrive. They always need to come back another day. Precision really cares for their customers especially with something as important as a garage door.

Where to start, I purchased a Garage door from these guys via their sales guy Fred. That said up until he sealed the deal on a $24,000 residential garage door he was Johnny on the spot. From the moment the contract was signed it’s been a S Show. It’s been about a year since signing and here I am sitting, waiting for a call or them to show up to fix the door. It’s been a nightmare experience. I would not recommend this company. They are there up until you sign that contract. Horrible experience doesn’t even start to explain the issues we have had.

Tyler did very professional workmanship installing a new garage door opener, replacing worn rollers and a wireless entry keypad. He also adjusted cables that were rubbing the track, under warranty, from a previous replacement of the spring. He explained the reasoning behind all of the work very clearly.
