My main reason for calling this company was to replace/repair my exterior keypad for my garage door opener, which the technician was not able to do due to the age of the garage door opener model especially the motor. I am not reducing my rating because of this since it was outside of the options available to the technician. My secondary reason was to check and do maintenance on the springs, which the technician did quickly. The technician wrote up estimates for replacing the opener motor and reviewed them with me. I will be receiving them via email soon. The technician was very courteous, professional, and helpful. He also arrived within the pre-scheduled appointment time.

On a Saturday, you never know what happens...yep, the door broke and held my car hostage. Precision to the rescue. They have 24 hour service and someone actually answered the phone. I had the torsion spring repaired on the door. The technician explained everything and did a good job. However I feel the cost was higher than it should be. I've never dealt with a company before that doesn't waive the service fee if the repairs are made. I needed two springs. The total costs was over $500 (including service charge, tax, parts). I feel that it was excessive. Unfortunately it's not easy to get an estimate before they come to your house. I would be thrilled if I hear back from the owner. They have my email address.

He told us about the service he would be performing and happily answered all our questions regarding garage door maintenance. His service call was completed in about a half hour and the door operates better now than when it was new.
