I have used Precision Garage Doors for many years. I have always been happy with their service and their excellent technicians. That was certainly the case today when Elijah and Darryl came to do my and my neighbor's service. We both had a tune-up, and I also was having issues with my Genie touchpad. I could have asked for a whole new expensive motor and system, but Elijah convinced me that it wasn't necessary. They were honest and knowledgeable and I really appreciate that

The tech was very punctual and polite. The door was still functioning okay, but black insulation strips between the panels were hanging down. The tech said there was nothing to be done, and gave us a quote for a new door of about $3100.00. Since the door was still functioning, he charged us $60.00 and left.

Elisha was our technician. He was very thorough in explaining all the technical aspects and explaining it in layman's terms (which was much appreciated). I was so impressed with the quick response to my on line scheduling request and the date and time I selected was confirmed. Elijah was polite and professional. Technician showed up on time & did an efficient job of replaced two door sweeps, replaced all rollers, added a cable through the spring to meet code to prevent springs snapping loose to cause ijnjury or damage a vehicle for two doors & replaced the two doors pulleys. This review tool doesn't allow me to show the number of different parts he replaced so I picked rollers only, but as you read, you understand he did more. He was very neat about his work area and cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend this tech and Precision Garage Door Service of Baltimore.

The spring broke on our garage door, Elijah not only checked the problem but did a thorough review of all parts of the door.
