The tension spring broke on our garage door. I went online, and Precision Garage Door was the first website to pop up. I was able to schedule the appt online for the following week. We could not be more pleased with how our garage door is working now that Tech Christopher Brown worked on repairing it. We sadly could not afford a whole new door and system but Christopher replaced springs, pulleys, cables and wheels and made fine tuned adjustments. Chris Brown came out to my house originally to see why my garage door/opener wasn't working properly. He did a thorough inspection, explained what he found in great detail, and provided me with several different options about how to fix my garage door. He didn't pressure me to make a decision there on the spot and gave me some time to discuss with my family about what we wanted to do. A couple days later, we called back to set up our appointment, Chris came back and did an excellent job. I will be calling back (hopefully not for a long time) when I need my garage door system serviced.

Had Precision Garage Door install a new opener one year ago. With the extreme cold weather I had a slight problem opening the door the last couple of days. Called Precision Door and was advised that they could have someone come out today (1-20-26) between 330 & 500PM. The technician arrived approximately 415, checked for the problem and made several minor adjustments to the door, springs, and track Door seems to be fine now. Precision Garage Doors came out on a Sunday if can believe it and completely refurbished my garage door like new. It runs quiet as a mouse now, smooth rolling all the way. New spring, new wheels, new something else I can’t remember the name of but, all I know is I’m exceedingly happy with the job their technician “Chris” did for us. Technician Chris Brown did a thorough inspection of the door and opener, explained his findings and provided multiple options from adjustments to spring and bearings replacement along with two new opener options, all clearly outlined and priced. We chose to have the springs and bearings replaced and serviced, which Mr. Brown completed in about an hour. Upon paying for the services, Mr. Brown provided us with the quotes for the two door opener options, one of which we are likely to have installed later in the summer of 2026. Mr. Brown was quite knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining what each option would provide and the associated warranties. A very professional service call, I’ll use Precision for future work and recommend them to anyone interested in garage door repair.

20+ year old garage broke and Precision sent Chris B. the next day. Chris was extremely helpful in determining what exactly was broken ( a few things) and what needed to be fixed now or wait till later. Since it was so old and this was a new home purchase we decided to replace almost everything besides the door itself. Chris was great at explaining the functionality of every piece we were replacing and going through all the changes after the replacement. Would definitely recommend.

I was having issues with my 22 year old garage door opener. I noticed the rubber belt was frayed and called Precision Door based on reviews on the internet. I received an immediate reply stating someone would be out the next day. The repairman, Chris, explained all the issues with my door and pointed out the problems. He repaired everything the same day, pointed out the repairs and thoroughly explained the new opener making sure I clearly understood its operation. Great Job !!!!!
