We could not be more pleased with how our garage door is working now that Tech Christopher Brown worked on repairing it. We sadly could not afford a whole new door and system but Christopher replaced springs, pulleys, cables and wheels and made fine tuned adjustments. Chris Brown came out to my house originally to see why my garage door/opener wasn't working properly. He did a thorough inspection, explained what he found in great detail, and provided me with several different options about how to fix my garage door. He didn't pressure me to make a decision there on the spot and gave me some time to discuss with my family about what we wanted to do. A couple days later, we called back to set up our appointment, Chris came back and did an excellent job. I will be calling back (hopefully not for a long time) when I need my garage door system serviced.

Had Precision Garage Door install a new opener one year ago. With the extreme cold weather I had a slight problem opening the door the last couple of days. Called Precision Door and was advised that they could have someone come out today (1-20-26) between 330 & 500PM. The technician arrived approximately 415, checked for the problem and made several minor adjustments to the door, springs, and track Door seems to be fine now. Precision Garage Doors came out on a Sunday if can believe it and completely refurbished my garage door like new. It runs quiet as a mouse now, smooth rolling all the way. New spring, new wheels, new something else I can’t remember the name of but, all I know is I’m exceedingly happy with the job their technician “Chris” did for us.
