Our garage door service was superb. The Precision Team, led by Chris, came to our rescue fixing a garage door which had been poorly "fixed" by another company the day before. He laid out the options to me, finished his work in a timely manner, and even wiped the few finger marks left on the outside of the garage door before he left. This is a five star company. Yesterday, Doug installed our new garage doors and Jeff finished out the door surround in cellular PVC. We were not happy with the service you provided. After Gary and his assistant left and we had paid $600 we discovered later in the day that the outside opener did not work. We called and got the run around that Gary could not return to fix our garage. And would fix it the next day when he returned with the battery for our door. Which was not the answer we were looking for and we certainly did not receive good customer service. Our feeling was that we had already paid $600 to your company and now your were not interested in coming back to fix the door. Finally they did return late that evening but Gary refused to get out of the car to look at what was needed to fix the door even when requested. The assistant did fix it as they did not set it up properly when here for the installation - so the door could not be opened from the outside. We also believed we were getting another Lift Master door opener to replace the one we had. But it is not and when I questioned Gary he said well "I told you that the PDS 800 was the one on the truck." Again not helpful at all and we did not know what the PDS 800 was and thought it to be a Lift Master as this was not explained to us by Gary. We have already sent your company a message on this issue and requested a return call as we were having no luck with the folks on the phone. But as of yet we have not been contacted by you. Called in for a service call since my existing garage door opener was broken. Barry came out on time, and gave me a half hour heads up on his arrival time. He assessed the issue, and provided several options, including replacing the garage door opener. Upon selecting a new opener, he had it installed within a hour. The install was professional, and works great. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone requiring a service call or new garage door opener.
