I found Precision online and then discovered that they had serviced my daughter who then gave them a great recommendation. Customer service on the phone was great and Rick, the rep who serviced us, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were back in operation within 24 hours. Rick also identified another problem with the weather stripping at the bottom of the door that we hadn't noticed. That repair will probably solve a long standing mouse problem that we have been having. Thanks Rick.

Mike C showed up a little earlier than the scheduled appointment but he did call saying so. He identified the problem with the opener immediately and proceeded to fix it. He explained what he was doing and why and even tested the repair several times while explaining (and also testing) the safety features of the opener. Mike also gave some tips for maintenance. Quality service. Perfect.

Precision was recommended to me by Servicemaster. They were prompt in responding & calling to see what our needs were which happened to be a repair. Bill Byrne arrived promptly on time and found that a hungry squirrel had chewed through a line. He fixed the problem quickly and is coming back to fix the sealing around the door which we didn't realize could be replaced. We are very happy with the workmanship and Bill's recommendations
