Tyler is a native of Howard County. He grew up a die hard fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles. Tyler played lacrosse in college, and he enjoys fishing, hiking, and playing pickleball. Starting off in the food and beverage industry as a bartender in Federal Hill, Baltimore, he transitioned to becoming a garage door designer. Tyler uses his background in customer service to help people find the door of their dreams.

We've had our Precision garage door for almost 20 years. They've done a great job on installing and keeping our garage door working properly over the years. We can't imagine going with any other company. We've had Tyler come out twice during the past two years to do normal wear and tear repairs. He's amazing! Tyler is so professional, so prompt and personable. He takes the time to explain what needs to be replaced and what other options we might want to consider for long-term use. It's been our pleasure to be able to work with Tyler and we truly appreciated all his hard work!

My old garage door opener bit the dust after 40+ years in operation. Tyler diagnosed the problem quickly, offered up three pricing alternatives from top of the line model install, a solid and better than average genie install or me buying my own and just the install price. Went with that middle option and was installed in about 90 minutes on a very hot day. Great job and it should last 25 years. Recommended!

The new belt installation went very smooth, the mechanic was very courteous and respectful, he explained the process and was completed in a timely manor. The employee who I spoke to on the phone however quoted me $150.00 for parts and labor and the finished job was $310.48, far from the initial quote. Roland Krach

The day I came home from foot surgery our garage door spring broke. Tyler came out looked at our 25 year door and hardware. He gave me several options to get the door moving again, he had everything on the truck. He was very professional and whit-in an hour all of the hardware had been replaced and now the door moves much smother and quieter. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that asks!

Tyler came to our house on a Saturday afternoon to fix our garage door. We asked for quotes on 3 different options. He inspected the door and wrote up the quotes. He sat with us and talked through each in detail and answered all of our questions so we could make an informed decision.
