He introduced himself when he arrived and after looking at the problem he explained everything he needed to do and had all the materials on his truck to make the repair on this same trip. We've used Precision in the past, and they've come through every time. Because garage doors never break when it's convenient. When the springs broke this time, they were able to move us up to an earlier slot on the weekend and offered us four options to fix the problem at various price points. The tech was knowledgable, courteous, and eficient, and professional. He had all the tools to do the repair with him. He made sure the cars stuck in the garage were safe from any damage at all times. If we have an issues in the future, we'll use them every time.

My old garage door opener bit the dust after 40+ years in operation. Tyler diagnosed the problem quickly, offered up three pricing alternatives from top of the line model install, a solid and better than average genie install or me buying my own and just the install price. Went with that middle option and was installed in about 90 minutes on a very hot day. Great job and it should last 25 years. Recommended!

The new belt installation went very smooth, the mechanic was very courteous and respectful, he explained the process and was completed in a timely manor.
