Elijah Bowman immediately noticed why our one door wasn't opening/closing correctly. He readjusted the coil mechanism so the disc that the tension wire runs through it but the tension wasn't right to it flapped and hit the ceiling. He adjusted it to make it more easily operate. He was on time and the email appointment confirmation and advance notification of his arrival were helpful. We asked for Elijah because he did the initial work and is an expert at his craft.

I called Precision to schedule a garage door repair. They were accommodating with scheduling a time that worked for me. The tech, Nick, called when he was on his way. Could not ask for better service! Scheduled repair request, Technician Darryl Mayzck sent an e-mail introducing himself and confirming the appointment. Promptly arrived on time. Completely explained the process he would be following, inspected the garage door for potential problems causing the door to shake badly when lowered. Advised that the rollers appear to have excess wear and should be replaced. Provided a quote to complete the work within ten (1) minutes. Agreed to price and signed agreement. Work complete with 45 minutes or so. Garage door now works as good as if it were new. Shared with me his suggestions for repairs to be considered in the future and provided an cost estimate. FANATASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Darryl gets a 10 out of 10 for his professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge. Thank you!

Bobby Schoar was our technician. He was prompt, very professional and really knew what he was doing. He was very good at explaining what we needed and why. We had new tension springs and a new garage door opener installed. He programmed everything and made sure we understood how to access all of the features before he left. Our overall experience was outstanding. Starting with the appointment. A technician was scheduled to come on the same day as my call. Our cars were stuck in the garage, so you can imagine how important it was to get a timely appointment at such short notice. The Technician, Nicolas Broughton, was excellent. These guys did an excellent job to our 25 year old door. The original call was for a broken spring but after doing an inspection found cable frayed and due to the age of the door, suggested to replace the rollers and end and center bearings and drums. This is not the first spring replaced in the 25 years of operation but we will be replacing it every 10 years or so do to our vehicles and some equipment we need to get in and out of the garage , the door weighs about 350-400 lbs. so not able to manually lift it. We will be using Precision Doors in the future. Kudos to Nicolas and his associate Dj for a job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!
