We hired them to add a garage door opener camera system to our existing door. We were able to get a same day appointment. He arrived in a few hours. The tech was very nice. Not only did he install what we needed he helped and reprogrammed our other two controllers. Everything's all set good to go. Couldn't be happier.

I saw the ads on television talking about how good Precision was so I figured I would give them a try. I booked the appointment online and picked the time slot that was convenient for me. The technician Elijah showed up after sending me a text and he was so professional. I would be doing harm if I didn’t recommend Precision Garage door service to you. They’re the best and I am so glad I chose them. Thank you for coming out and fixing my garage door in a very timely manner.

Elijah Bowman immediately noticed why our one door wasn't opening/closing correctly. He readjusted the coil mechanism so the disc that the tension wire runs through it but the tension wasn't right to it flapped and hit the ceiling. He adjusted it to make it more easily operate. He was on time and the email appointment confirmation and advance notification of his arrival were helpful. We asked for Elijah because he did the initial work and is an expert at his craft.

I was very pleased with your service! My technician was Darryl M. He quickly identified the problem with my opener and corrected it only to learn on testing it that the problem was more involved! He was personable and patient with my questions! And now my door is back in service. I will happily recommend your company to others! Good service, quality work and kindness is wonderful!

Elijah was experienced, well mannered, and efficient. He carefully explained the obvious problem of the broken spring, but then performed a thorough check before offering a couple of options for repair. There were a few smaller issues that were found and recommended for repair. A++ performance from the initial service call to repair. Thanks and will certainly recommend. Brad F

I called Precision to schedule a garage door repair. They were accommodating with scheduling a time that worked for me. The tech, Nick, called when he was on his way. Nick was friendly and very helpful. He explained everything and helped me set up the app on my phone for the new garage door opener. I will definitely be referring Precision.

Could not ask for better service! Scheduled repair request, Technician Darryl Mayzck sent an e-mail introducing himself and confirming the appointment. Promptly arrived on time. Completely explained the process he would be following, inspected the garage door for potential problems causing the door to shake badly when lowered. Advised that the rollers appear to have excess wear and should be replaced. Provided a quote to complete the work within ten (1) minutes. Agreed to price and signed agreement. Work complete with 45 minutes or so. Garage door now works as good as if it were new. Shared with me his suggestions for repairs to be considered in the future and provided an cost estimate. FANATASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Darryl gets a 10 out of 10 for his professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge. Thank you!

Bobby Schoar was our technician. He was prompt, very professional and really knew what he was doing. He was very good at explaining what we needed and why. We had new tension springs and a new garage door opener installed. He programmed everything and made sure we understood how to access all of the features before he left. My wife and I were very pleased and we would recommend Precision Garage, especially Bobby Schoar, for your next garage door repair or installation.

Our overall experience was outstanding. Starting with the appointment. A technician was scheduled to come on the same day as my call. Our cars were stuck in the garage, so you can imagine how important it was to get a timely appointment at such short notice. The Technician, Nicolas Broughton, was excellent. He was friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. I would recommend Precision to anyone that needs help with their garage.

These guys did an excellent job to our 25 year old door. The original call was for a broken spring but after doing an inspection found cable frayed and due to the age of the door, suggested to replace the rollers and end and center bearings and drums. This is not the first spring replaced in the 25 years of operation but we will be replacing it every 10 years or so do to our vehicles and some equipment we need to get in and out of the garage , the door weighs about 350-400 lbs. so not able to manually lift it. We will be using Precision Doors in the future. Kudos to Nicolas and his associate Dj for a job well done!!!!!!!!!!!!

Elisha was our technician. He was very thorough in explaining all the technical aspects and explaining it in layman's terms (which was much appreciated). The pricing was definitely more than we expected but once again Elisha explained it all in ways to make it very understandable. We are still in the process of seeking other bids.
