I was a little hesitant to use Precision. I was very pleased with their service. I received an immediate return call to schedule an appointment. Then I received a call about a cancellation. Precision Door has serviced my garage door in the past. The company came out on the day that I contacted them. The technician (Bobby) was superb. He explained the issues with my existing motor and indicated how he could fix the door. By far and away probably the most awesome service call I have ever had from any kind of service company; Ms Spann is my 96 year old God mom and in great physical and mental shape; I was there to get the garage door repaired for her; First, the called 20min before arrival; second, he there within the service window given to us; third, he was extremely knowledgeable and within a few minutes told us the 3 things wrong with the two car wide garage door, he was very clear that the door was good and did not need to be replaced; he gave us 3 prices, a price to fix 1, 2 or all three problems; the price was great to fix all 3 and it only took him about 45mins; when he was done, I was blown away by how smooth and quiet the door operated, better than when it was new; I know that there is no way that all of their techs can be this good but still, I will never, ever use another company to do anything related to a garage door. Please note I requested this service without my husband being aware of it because he wants to do everything in the home. You know how men can be and he is not getting any younger.(LOL).
