Let's just start by saying I was hesitant to write this review because I really liked Bobby, he was knowledgeable and quickly repaired my garage door which had a busted spring. I didn't get any other quotes, which is my own fault but I did feel the cost was high. Almost $2k to repair a garage door, which took Bobby about 1 hour to repair. Sometimes, you have to pay just for piece of mind. The real reason for the knock in rating was the cleanup. As soon as I drove my truck that day, I found a screw in my tire. The exact screw that was removed during the garage door repair. I had to find a shop to patch my tire (a $45 expense) and also found a piece of broken plastic roller, which Bobby had shown the other piece to me earlier as a demonstration of how cheap those rollers are. I felt like the hurry to finish and get out of there and on to the next job resulted in the failed cleanup of hardware and my damaged tire.

I booked a Repair Appointment online on Friday afternoon for Saturday from 1-5. Our technician, Bobby, was excellent. He was running late because of an unforeseen complication at another home, but let us know an estimated time of arrival. When Bobby arrived, he was courteous, efficient and fixed our problem without any issues. Overall Great Experience.

We used Precision Garage Door of Central Maryland before. They replaced one of our two openers a few years ago. They did a fine job then and the unit is performing well, so I decided to return to them for the second door opener. As in the first job, the tech did a great job. He completed the task in about 90 minutes and even checked the first door to make sure it was working properly - which it was.

Our garage door motor got fried in a lightning strike. Precision had someone here the next day to make the repair and reprogram our keypad and remotes. The service rep was terrific and understood our issue immediately and set the appointment with no hassle at all. Bobbie, the technician, turned up as promised the next morning and did a thorough and careful evaluation of what happened. Suggested that we add a surge protector (a12 dollar item) to prevent the same problem from recurring in the future. And he did a thorough job of re-calibrating the whole system and making sure that everything was working properly. He was professional and easy to deal with. We've used Precision before and have always had the same experience: professional and prompt service from knowledgeable and thorough staff. Truly a well-run and reliable business of the first order!

More than pleased. I was updated on arrival times and Bobby was terrific. I was given all my options from temporary to long term fixes. I was shocked the work was performed immediately with the amount of work that had to be done. When finished the garage was clean like no one had been there. I called for service on Thursday and the tech came, on time, the next day. He was friendly and very professional. He diagnosed the problem which involved the door rather than the opener motor, explained the problem in detail, gave me a price which I accepted and fixed it then. He had the parts in his truck thankfully. He did a beautiful job and even swept out leaves which had blown into the garage.

This is an amazing company. I was blown away by the promptness and the professionalism. They sent Bobby out to our garage on a Saturday night - before he comes out, they send an email telling us his hobbies and recent vacations. He shows up with a big smile on his face, gets to work, and is wonderful with our kids. Super professional, knows his stuff, and fixes everything in a few hours since his truck is stocked with every part imaginable. It was expensive, but I feel the service we received was well worth it.

Easy to get a hold of, quick with appointments, arrived on time, repaired quickly.
