Expectations exceeded, Problem was solved and information was shared I did not know. Tech was professional and very helpful. Any commercial that I have seen reflect the service I received. Techs looked well put together and professional in them and that is exactly what showed up to my house today.

More than pleased. I was updated on arrival times and Bobby was terrific. I was given all my options from temporary to long term fixes. I was shocked the work was performed immediately with the amount of work that had to be done. When finished the garage was clean like no one had been there. Bobby explained what he did and any maintenance I could do over the years to come. I will recommend to anyone needing any type of garage door repairs. Thanks Bobby!!!

I chose precision because I remembered the commercial. The technician Bobby made it an easy decision. He was very friendly and professional. The installer was here when promised and he did a good job. It was just installed today 3/15/2025. So I will see how things go. Praying all goes well. Thanks for being professional and prompt.

I give Precision Garage Door my highest score. They were responsive, considerate & FAST! Bobby was great, pleasant & answered all questions & explained what the problem was & how to prevent it going forward. He took the time to show us the features & how to do things like change the time. He advised us to have bi-yearly checkups to keep our door operating correctly. I highly recommend this company! I called for service on Thursday and the tech came, on time, the next day. He was friendly and very professional. He diagnosed the problem which involved the door rather than the opener motor, explained the problem in detail, gave me a price which I accepted and fixed it then. He had the parts in his truck thankfully. He did a beautiful job and even swept out leaves which had blown into the garage.

This is an amazing company. I was blown away by the promptness and the professionalism. They sent Bobby out to our garage on a Saturday night - before he comes out, they send an email telling us his hobbies and recent vacations. He shows up with a big smile on his face, gets to work, and is wonderful with our kids. Super professional, knows his stuff, and fixes everything in a few hours since his truck is stocked with every part imaginable. It was expensive, but I feel the service we received was well worth it.

I saw the Precision advertisement in the value pak and I was impressed that they don't charge service charge for estimate, even if on weekends or nights. I called and the phone was answered by a live person who quickly scheduled an appt. for me on Sunday morning. Bobby called before he arrived and was quite professional and friendly. He assessed problem and carefully explained short and long-term options for us to consider. He was patient with my many questions and used his knowledge to thoroughly explain the proposed repairs. If we have any problems in the future, we'll definitely call Precision back!!

I chose Precision because of their good reviews and it turned out I'd actually used their services once before in 2013. They came the same day I called and Bobby Vahdatshoar was absolutely wonderful! He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable! He carefully explained all of my options and I was particularly impressed with the fact he advised to keep my existing door and only replace the motor and all of the tracking mechanisms. He could have easily told me I needed to replace everything. He completed the work and showed me the results and explained everything and even configured my car to be able to open the garage. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

I checked online for it after seeing commercials on TV. The experience was great and Bobby explained everything in detail so my wife and I would understand it! Yes on expectations and solving the garage problem. Bobby was very professional & courteous! If we need help with our garage door again, we want Bobby! Helpful without a question. I have been an teacher for 50 years and Bobby did educate me on the things that really deal with the garage door! He should get a raise and please thank him for both of us!

Precision Garage did an outstanding job of replacing our old LiftMaster door opener, updating the rolling hardware and spring on the old garage door. They responded quickly to the request, and their auto-text feature let us know the technician was on his way. In addition, he called to advise arrival time. The door opener installation and other repairs (new spring and rollers) were done in a reasonable time, and the technician left no mess or debris for us to clean up. The new LiftMaster system is incredibly quiet, and the door no longer hangs up on lowering due to whatever heat or mis-match or wear issues that had been affecting the system. We are very pleased and would use Precision Garage again for repair and maintenance on our opener.

I was bery pleased to get an appointment so quickly and the service technician arrived promptly after a heads up call that he was on his way. Once he arrived he tried to upsell me parts that I didn't need. I told him I thought the springs might be under warranty and he said that they switched to a new system and he didn't have access to previous service history on his tablet. I told him to proceed as the work needed to be done but the warranty issue was still bothering me. I keep track of my expenses with Quicken and I was able to see that the previous service 4 1/2 years earlier was for 2 springs (plus other items) and that there was a 5 year warranty. After he completed the work I shared this additional info with him and he was now able to look up that same hsitory on his tablet. He called the office and they confirmed the work was under warranty and he removed the cost of one spring from the bill. After he left I gave this more thought and it seemed to me that since I had previously bought 2 springs, that were both under warranty, and I was encouraged to replace both springs, even though only one was broken, as he said that was standard practice and the other was likely to fail soon, that I shouldn't have to pay for either of the new springs. I called the office the next morning and the billing department agreed and I was credited for the second spring as well. So I never ended up having to pay $618 for 2 new springs, but it took persistence on my part to get both the technician and the office to take the necessary action.

We made the best decision by contacting Precision. The wiring in our Garage Door was cut. I called them at around 9am and they set me up an appointment ASAP that day. Bob arrived around 11, He is very courteous and Professional. He explained a lot of things that I’m not aware of, repaired the problem and even took an extra mile by checking other problems that we might have in the future. One of the nicest and best service we had.

Service was efficient and corrected all the issues leading to the service call. Bobbie did an excellent job and explained the what and the why of the repair choices.
