Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly on a Monday morning—definitely not the best start to the week! Thankfully, I was able to get a representative on the phone quickly, and they immediately gave me a convenient four-hour arrival window. Brett Evans was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue right away. I really appreciated that he offered us three different pricing options, allowing us to make the best decision for our budget and family. While inspecting the door, Brett also caught a separate issue at the base that needed attention and fixed that too. He had everything back up and running perfectly in just under two hours. This whole experience was done on a professional level beginning with the initial phone call, setting the date and time, the arrival of the install team (Craig and Jessie were very professional and extremely talented craftsmen in doing the inspection and providing the necessary work to get our garage door up to operational performance) on time as scheduled. The cleaned up and took away the old opener along with the old springs and cables. This update has made the door function the best it has ever worked. JOB WELL DONE!!

The work done on the garage door was great! Very satisfied! However, the accounting piece of the transaction was not good. I was charged double from what i was supposed to pay and it left me a little stunned, disturbed, and somewhat upset.

In April of 2018, I had a new garage door installed by Precision and they did a wonderful job!! Very happy!! In March of 2019 my wife backed into the door and damaged it. The tracks were not damaged but the door was done. I called Precision and they came out, gave me an estimate and a time frame and got the repair done. I would give this work 5 stars, but a week or two after the repair, I realized that the installer did not reattach my inside lock for the door. It isn't a big deal and I was able to do it myself. Just the same, it would have been nice if the job was 100% completed when the bill was paid. I would certainly recommend Precision.

Wow, Brian had a long day yesterday!! Three or four appointments ahead of mine had unexpected incidents and he was running really late. Precision was really good about keeping me informed and providing options if I couldn't wait around. Brian arrived early in the evening, clearly tired but very pleasant and professional. He went above and beyond with my repair and even spent time adjusting things I didn't know needed adjusted. Our garage door opener had been broken for years. Finally the door itself failed and was stuck in a closed position. Selected "Precision" due to favorable reviews on HomeAdvisor. The inquiry was sent on a Saturday and had an almost immediate response by email and phone. Customer service was courteous and set up an appointment on the same day (Saturday). Our technician Brian was great. He responded within the appointment time, calling to give us a 30 minute notice. He quickly accessed the problem, answered all of our questions and provided a detailed estimate. In addition to providing the needed door repair (springs, center bearing and rollers) we opted to have a Liftmaster 8550 garage door opener installed. After the installation Brian demonstrated the operation of the opener and even entered the code for the opener at our request. The area was left clean. We could not be more pleased with the service provided and our new garage door opener!

So glad I chose Precision. After reading reviews and having Barry come out earlier than expected (after he called of course) I am happy with the results. Barry took the time to explain why he chose the springs he recommended, (which were more expensive than i expected--Haley said the prices were 140-240--mine were 250...each) The springs were powder coated, rated for 85k cycles, and he put one original strength and one extra strength spring in -- based on his experience. He also found bearings going bad as well. I'm a DIY guy, and Barry explained the what and why's of everything he did. He also explained the maintenance I can do to help extend the life of the system. You guys are great!
