So glad I chose Precision. After reading reviews and having Barry come out earlier than expected (after he called of course) I am happy with the results. Barry took the time to explain why he chose the springs he recommended, (which were more expensive than i expected--Haley said the prices were 140-240--mine were 250...each) The springs were powder coated, rated for 85k cycles, and he put one original strength and one extra strength spring in -- based on his experience. He also found bearings going bad as well. I'm a DIY guy, and Barry explained the what and why's of everything he did. He also explained the maintenance I can do to help extend the life of the system. You guys are great!

Awesome, awesome service, the serviceman Barry was polite, friendly, and knowledge. He explained what needed to be done and how it was going to be done. I was impressed with the way he finished the repair in a timely fashion. I also felt the for the parts and services rendered the price paid was fair. My family recently purchased 2 garage doors and one garage door opener, for the left garage door. We are thoroughly pleased. It's refreshing to witness the "quiet hum" of the doors opening and closing. Recently, we experienced difficulties opening and closing the left garage door. The door functions properly when using the control button on the wall inside the garage. However, the left door rarely functions properly when using the remote. Technician Brian diagnosed the malfunction quickly and resolved the issue. I would like to take this opportunity to applaud the efforts and professionalism of Brian. His rapid response and his ability to solve the problem speaks volumes for Brian and your organization.

The torsion spring on my garage door broke on a Sunday morning. I did some searching online and found Precision -- I was impressed that the majority of the reviews were positive, and that for every negative (1 star) review -- somebody had tried to respond to the person who complained. I called on Sunday and had an appointment set up for Monday morning. Barry called us about 25 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. He clearly explained the options to repair the door and how much everything would cost. He was polite, professional, and had the door working within an hour. He did not have the parts to fix the outside handle, but we expect that he will contact us within a day or two to get that fixed -- and in the meantime, at least the door works again!

Best garage door service I have ever received. Quick response and totally professional. The work was outstanding. I gave the company 4 stars instead of 5 only because I thought their prices for parts were a little higher than other companies I have used in the past. We found Precision online and were pleased they could send someone one day after our garage door broke. The spring on our door broke after only 2.5 years but it was not very good quality and there was only one spring on a two car garage door. The technician, Mike, arrived early, quickly assessed the problem, and after discussing costs and options, installed two new springs in less than 45 minutes. I purchased a 25 point inspection service for both of my garage doors via a AAA Member Deal. It was easy to call and schedule the appointment, and the technician arrived on-time. He was friendly, personable, knowledgable and professional. He performed the inspection, describing items of note and recommendations as he went.
