I'm new to the Crofton area. Lucky for me, my neighbor suggested Precision Garage Door of Maryland who provided excellent service. Craig and Ben were friendly, professional and efficient. Thanks to them, I now have a fully functioning garage door. I will gladly recommend Precision Garage Door of Maryland. Thank you Craig and Ben!

I selected Precision Garage Door after consulting with several other garage door companies, many of which immediately recommended replacing the entire garage doors rather than addressing the specific issue I was experiencing. I appreciated that Precision took a more thoughtful and honest approach. They evaluated the problem carefully and provided a practical repair solution instead of pushing an unnecessary full replacement. This level of integrity and professionalism strongly influenced my decision to choose them. Jesse, the service representative, further confirmed that I made the right choice. He arrived promptly, conducted a thorough assessment, and explained the repair process clearly and professionally. His expertise, attention to detail, and courteous manner reflected the high standards of the company. Jesse ensured the work was completed correctly and that I fully understood the condition and operation of my garage door before he left. Overall, Precision Garage Door demonstrated honesty, technical skill, and exceptional customer service. Their willingness to repair rather than upsell a full replacement set them apart from other companies, and my experience with Jesse reinforced my confidence in choosing them.

Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly on a Monday morning—definitely not the best start to the week! Thankfully, I was able to get a representative on the phone quickly, and they immediately gave me a convenient four-hour arrival window. Brett Evans was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue right away. I really appreciated that he offered us three different pricing options, allowing us to make the best decision for our budget and family. While inspecting the door, Brett also caught a separate issue at the base that needed attention and fixed that too. He had everything back up and running perfectly in just under two hours. You truly can't beat smooth, reliable, same-day service. Thanks again, Brett!

Both of my daughters have used Precision to repair garage doors in the past 2 years! So it was a no brainer who to contact. Initially an online appointment was a week away- but I called and was able to get an earlier appointment. A friend of mine was at the house for me the day of the repair. I got a text with employee info and photo. Thorough assessment and wonderful work using top of the line parts! Thank you!

We chose to request a quote from Precision Door because of their excellent online reviews. The technician was polite and extremely knowledgeable. Precision was the third quote we received and it was the one we chose. Because they were honest and transparent in their dealing with us.

Our entire experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. From the initial phone call through the completion of the service, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was top-notch with text message confirmations and updates, and although we were given a two-hour arrival window, the technician also called ahead with a heads-up and clear ETA. Brent, the technician who serviced our home, was outstanding. He was punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The reason for our service call was that the garage door was closing hard and was bending in the middle. Within the first couple of minutes—right after greeting each other—Brent had already diagnosed the issues. He explained how and why the bend and the slight tear at the top of the door had happened, and pointed out other things that needed to be addressed with the door When I shared our bigger concern about the loud noise from the garage door opener—especially with our kids’ bedroom directly above the garage—Brent was completely upfront. He explained that the existing opener was a basic builder-grade system and that the noise issue wouldn’t improve without replacing it. He then walked me through the newer, quieter system, explained the process clearly, and ensured our satisfaction before starting any work. Once everything was completed, the results spoke for themselves—my wife’s reaction said it all. The difference was night and day. Brent also took the time to give us a quick tutorial and tips, which we appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, professional, and helpful. Precision exceeded our expectations, solved our problem, and delivered exactly what was promised. Their quick response time, strong communication, and solid reputation gave us confidence from the start. We’re completely satisfied with Precision and the excellent services provided by Brent.

I have been impressed with your advertisement on television and when my garage door broke that is who I wanted to fix my garage door. The technician Bobby was professional and very upfront with the repairs needed. Unfortunately I could not afford the total repairs at this time but I will call in the future. Thank you.

My garage door spring broke and the door could not be operated. I had seen the Precision Door commercials on television so I decided to try them. Everything was as advertised. Chris Calianno came out, inspected the garage door and provided me with a few options. We decided on a course of action and then George Harrison arrived and did an amazing job getting my garage door back in working order. Chris & George were both very professional, very kind and at the same time, friendly. I felt I could trust them. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs their services! Thank you!

Just liked the overall quality of products and the belt driven opener is great. Pretty much silent when opening and closing.
