My garage door spring broke and the door could not be operated. I had seen the Precision Door commercials on television so I decided to try them. Everything was as advertised. Chris Calianno came out, inspected the garage door and provided me with a few options. We decided on a course of action and then George Harrison arrived and did an amazing job getting my garage door back in working order. I called around 7PM to schedule a repair to my broken double garage door. After speaking with Anthony, he was able to schedule my repair the next morning which I found to be extremely terrific. This was only the beginning of a fantastic experience with a contractor. Christopher Brown came the next day as scheduled, to fix my garage door. From the start he was professional and as we talked, he showed he was friendly, appreciative and knew his garage doors. After a thorough inspection of my broken door, he provided me with 4 estimates ranging from bare minimum to replacing all moving parts. He went over them slowly and explained each one very well. He wasn't trying to sell me any one of them which was appreciated by me. After agreeing on an option, he got right to work. He took no breaks and was constantly working. It was a big job to me but not to him. I watched some of his work and he definitely knew what he was doing. Within 2 hours he had finished. He then explained each part that he had replaced, how to perform maintenance and the 3 year warranty. After a demo of the now-working door, he explained the invoice and I happily paid it. I thanked him and he did the same after I told him how good he is at his job. I was very impressed by Chris and felt compelled to write this so he can get recognized as an excellent employee and person. He is a huge asset to your company in more ways than one. Thank you Chris!

This whole experience was done on a professional level beginning with the initial phone call, setting the date and time, the arrival of the install team (Craig and Jessie were very professional and extremely talented craftsmen in doing the inspection and providing the necessary work to get our garage door up to operational performance) on time as scheduled. The cleaned up and took away the old opener along with the old springs and cables. This update has made the door function the best it has ever worked. JOB WELL DONE!!

The entire process was really wonderful. Scott, in scheduling, was very courteous & kind. Austin, the repair technician, was informative and helpful. They both are good people. When I called to schedule the work at 1PM on Saturday, January 11th, I was informed a tech would be out between 3-7 PM. Austin arrived around 5 & was finished installing the new springs & cables by 6:30. He even replaced 2 screws that were missing. I highly recommend Precision to help you with your garage door needs. Their pricing aligns with the national average. Thank you Precision for having a great crew!

I had called Saturday afternoon after 4 PM asking if there is any one available to replace cables on my garage doors. The receptionist was kind, courteous, and professional. Was informed there was nothing for today, but there was availability tomorrow between 10 and two. Which I accepted. Sunday morning Christopher texted me then within 10 minutes. He called to tell me he was on his way and he’d arrive at 10:30. He arrived on time which was extremely refreshing. I informed him what I needed done. He provided an estimate. Then proceeded to work. Was extremely professional, courteous, and patient as I asked questions for clarifications for my understanding. He never stopped working and he was done by noon. I will recommend this services to family, friends and coworkers.

Our entire experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. From the initial phone call through the completion of the service, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was top-notch with text message confirmations and updates, and although we were given a two-hour arrival window, the technician also called ahead with a heads-up and clear ETA. Brent, the technician who serviced our home, was outstanding. He was punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The reason for our service call was that the garage door was closing hard and was bending in the middle. Within the first couple of minutes—right after greeting each other—Brent had already diagnosed the issues. He explained how and why the bend and the slight tear at the top of the door had happened, and pointed out other things that needed to be addressed with the door When I shared our bigger concern about the loud noise from the garage door opener—especially with our kids’ bedroom directly above the garage—Brent was completely upfront. He explained that the existing opener was a basic builder-grade system and that the noise issue wouldn’t improve without replacing it. He then walked me through the newer, quieter system, explained the process clearly, and ensured our satisfaction before starting any work. Once everything was completed, the results spoke for themselves—my wife’s reaction said it all. The difference was night and day. Brent also took the time to give us a quick tutorial and tips, which we appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, professional, and helpful. Precision exceeded our expectations, solved our problem, and delivered exactly what was promised. Their quick response time, strong communication, and solid reputation gave us confidence from the start. We’re completely satisfied with Precision and the excellent services provided by Brent.
