We needed an emergency garage repair because our garage door began to open on its own at unpredictable times, even during the night. Precision Garage Repair Service sent technician Josey to our house the very next day to troubleshoot the issue. Josey quickly diagnosed the problem, and thoroughly explained three options for correcting it to me and my husband. Josey was very patient, respectful, and courteous in answering my many questions and clarifying the possible solutions. He did not pressure us into buying a new opener. However, we decided that it was time to update to a new Liftmaster 3.0 unit in order to essentially eliminate the possibility of further outside interfere. Josey worked competently and quickly to install the new unit. It was a genuine pleasure to work with a technician like Josey. We will definitely use Precision Garage Repair Service again in the future.

I had a new garage door opener and torque tube installed less than 2 years ago. I was concerned because the garage door opening was a bit noisier than usual and I wanted to be sure it was normal aging or if any adjustments might be required. Upon arrival, Jared listened to my comments, tested the door several times and lubricated all of the mechanical joints. He said that all should be OK. Jared answered all of my questions about door operation and capabilities. I was impressed at the thoroughness of operation by Precision Garage Door Service. After calling for service, I was notified by both Email and Text Message about my appointment time and the name of the technician. For safety reasons, I was notified that the technician would arrive in a marked vehicle, wear a uniform, and would match the name and photo provided in the messages. Jared notified me by email that he was on the way and his estimated time of arrival. I was also able to track his travel progress on a Google Map link Jared provided in his email. He arrived precisely on time. Best of all, because my new system was still under warranty, there was no service charge. Excellent company and outstanding service!!!!

Our garage door was having issues closing so we had Precision come out to diagnose it. The technician was very friendly and professional. We were very unhappy though that we weren't told in advance what work would be performed so that we could have decided on whether or not to do it ourselves. All he did was spray lubricant on the rail and spring and charged $40 after the fact. I would have been perfectly fine doing that myself and only paying the $60 service fee. I felt taken advantage of. As a courtesy, I called and left my feedback. They said they would pass it on to a manager but I never heard back from anyone. We definitely won't be using this company again.

My garage door sensor quit working so I decided to replace both sensors figuring that would be an easy fix. Wrong. Changing the sensor was not difficult yet the door would still not function. The Manufacturer suggested that I call Precision and happily they set up an appointment for the next morning. Precision immediately emailed and texted an appointment confirmation. The Tech, Jared, sent a text and phoned me to confirm his arrival time. He quickly diagnosed that the wiring had issues, showed me a repair estimate and had the wiring fixed and door working within 15 minutes. I was really impressed with the professionalism and courteousness of this Technician. The repair invoice was very reasonable and the overall experience was an A plus! Great company!
