My garage door sensor quit working so I decided to replace both sensors figuring that would be an easy fix. Wrong. Changing the sensor was not difficult yet the door would still not function. The Manufacturer suggested that I call Precision and happily they set up an appointment for the next morning. Precision immediately emailed and texted an appointment confirmation. The Tech, Jared, sent a text and phoned me to confirm his arrival time. He quickly diagnosed that the wiring had issues, showed me a repair estimate and had the wiring fixed and door working within 15 minutes. I was really impressed with the professionalism and courteousness of this Technician. The repair invoice was very reasonable and the overall experience was an A plus! Great company!

Let's just start by saying I was hesitant to write this review because I really liked Bobby, he was knowledgeable and quickly repaired my garage door which had a busted spring. I didn't get any other quotes, which is my own fault but I did feel the cost was high. Almost $2k to repair a garage door, which took Bobby about 1 hour to repair. Sometimes, you have to pay just for piece of mind. The real reason for the knock in rating was the cleanup. As soon as I drove my truck that day, I found a screw in my tire. The exact screw that was removed during the garage door repair. I had to find a shop to patch my tire (a $45 expense) and also found a piece of broken plastic roller, which Bobby had shown the other piece to me earlier as a demonstration of how cheap those rollers are. I felt like the hurry to finish and get out of there and on to the next job resulted in the failed cleanup of hardware and my damaged tire.

Chris Brown came out to my house originally to see why my garage door/opener wasn't working properly. He did a thorough inspection, explained what he found in great detail, and provided me with several different options about how to fix my garage door. He didn't pressure me to make a decision there on the spot and gave me some time to discuss with my family about what we wanted to do. A couple days later, we called back to set up our appointment, Chris came back and did an excellent job. I will be calling back (hopefully not for a long time) when I need my garage door system serviced.

We had a problem with our garage door not opening, We called for service and were given an appointment for between 10:30am and 1:00pm on the following day. We received a call from your service man at about 8:30am asking if he could arrive early because we were his first call of the day. He arrived at about 9:15 am, figured out what our problem was and repaired it within 45 minutes. I was impressed with his friendly and courteous demeanor and the professional way he handled our problem. We would certainly recommend your company to anyone with a garage door problem.
