Let's just start by saying I was hesitant to write this review because I really liked Bobby, he was knowledgeable and quickly repaired my garage door which had a busted spring. I didn't get any other quotes, which is my own fault but I did feel the cost was high. Almost $2k to repair a garage door, which took Bobby about 1 hour to repair. Sometimes, you have to pay just for piece of mind. The real reason for the knock in rating was the cleanup. As soon as I drove my truck that day, I found a screw in my tire. The exact screw that was removed during the garage door repair. I had to find a shop to patch my tire (a $45 expense) and also found a piece of broken plastic roller, which Bobby had shown the other piece to me earlier as a demonstration of how cheap those rollers are. I felt like the hurry to finish and get out of there and on to the next job resulted in the failed cleanup of hardware and my damaged tire.

Chris Brown came out to my house originally to see why my garage door/opener wasn't working properly. He did a thorough inspection, explained what he found in great detail, and provided me with several different options about how to fix my garage door. He didn't pressure me to make a decision there on the spot and gave me some time to discuss with my family about what we wanted to do. A couple days later, we called back to set up our appointment, Chris came back and did an excellent job. I will be calling back (hopefully not for a long time) when I need my garage door system serviced.

We had a problem with our garage door not opening, We called for service and were given an appointment for between 10:30am and 1:00pm on the following day. We received a call from your service man at about 8:30am asking if he could arrive early because we were his first call of the day. He arrived at about 9:15 am, figured out what our problem was and repaired it within 45 minutes. I was impressed with his friendly and courteous demeanor and the professional way he handled our problem. We would certainly recommend your company to anyone with a garage door problem. Such great service from your technician who was so professional and courteous. I am so glad I called Precision Garage Door Service when my garage door spring broke as they came out the next day! Tito was very knowledgeable and experienced and showed me my options for repair. I had been concerned as the door is 30+ years old and the rollers, etc had never been replaced. Tito had all of the parts with him and now my door is not only working but it much safer and quieter.

We were in a huge, huge bind with our garage door, deciding to break 2 weeks before Christmas. I went to the website, scheduled a next-day appointment. Unlike some service companies, it was such a pleasure dealing with Precision. 1. They responded to our problem and scheduled an appointment immediately (on a Sunday). 2. They were prompt on their arrival and kept in contact with us before they arrived. 3. The service tech (Tito Cruz) was not only highly qualified, but he was friendly and made us feel comfortable about his skills and security. 4. He told us how long the job would take and finished a little sooner than expected. I understand that this almost sounds too good to be true, but it IS true. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair. P.S. I don't know how much Tito makes, but the owners should give him a raise.

Tito was very informative about explaining the problems with our garage door. Since our garage door was several years old it did have quite a few problems. So we had Tito go ahead and fix the issues. Garage door broke Friday Precision came out the next day!! They sent Nick!! He was a lifesaver because the cars were stuck in the garage!! Nick was Knowledgable and professional! I called for service on a garage door at 5:00 last evening. They had a technician (Tyler Johnson) here at 8:15 this morning. Very nice young man and very professional. He shared with me what he thought the problem was and then he went to work on it. He identified the problem, replaced the motor, etc. and was out of here in less than 2 hours. Door runs quiet and smooth. I was very pleased with Tyler and the service.

We called Precision and were scheduled within a couple of days. Chris B. came on time, did a thorough analysis, and provided us with a couple of recommendations. We choose a new door opener and rollers, and they were installed on the visit within a couple of hours. Chris did an excellent job of explaining everything, and we now have an updated system that we are very pleased with.

Courteous and professional personal from call to repair. Jared, the service tech, was friendly, courteous and professional. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was do to the price of the service performed. Quite expensive for just spring replacement ?

I was having issues with my 22 year old garage door opener. I noticed the rubber belt was frayed and called Precision Door based on reviews on the internet. I received an immediate reply stating someone would be out the next day. The repairman, Chris, explained all the issues with my door and pointed out the problems. He repaired everything the same day, pointed out the repairs and thoroughly explained the new opener making sure I clearly understood its operation. Great Job !!!!!

Aug 15, 2025 On 14 Aug 2025 Precision Garage Door charged me $100 for a door inspection and recommended replacing 10 Precision Green Roller 5"($300.00) and 2 L-shaped Triple touch 13/8" CP-138 ($288.00). I paid these inflated prices and the job took about 20 minutes. After completing the service I left my home only to be called by Tyrone (technician)30 minutes later that I needed to return to my home because he forgot to adjust the railings. My total bill was $723.28, and 1 day later my garage door won't open or close due to poor craftsmanship. I called the company and they are sending someone to my house on 15 Aug 2025 to try to fix what they broke. There was no expertise, trust, or convenience as advertised. Still waiting for repairs!
