Technician Ron did an assessment of the problem, a thorough inspection of the door, hinges, rollers, cables, etc. and prepared a complete list of repairs needed and the cost estimate. Approval to go ahead was given and work proceeded. After 2+ hours the work was finished and door operation was smooth. Ron was pleasant and friendly during the job and inspection found no further work needed. A variety of parts were required and all were available on hand, rollers and many more items. I was very satisfied with the job done!

Reflection on Precision Garage Doo's technician Mr. Jay Constantine: Jay arrived promptly and expertly assessed the condition of our broken half-functioning garage door that potentially threatened the safety of my family. With full knowledge of what to do he went to work and in under an hour the door was fully functioning. Although not required, it really helped and assured me of his honesty in assessing the situation because he carried himself similarly. Incredible job. Our technician, Tyrone, was fantastic. Had the new opener up in about two hours, replacing an old chain drive unit that dated back to about 2006. Expert work. Very patient in demonstrating all the features of the new unit. Very professional and friendly. Couldn't be happier. Recommend Precision and Tyrone very highly!

Such a great experience! Garage door opener stopped working 85% of the way closed and trapped both cars in the garage! I made a request on a Thursday night for someone to come out, and made an appointment for the next day! They were professional, on time and efficient! All done in one day!

Tito came to service our garage door on a Sunday, Mother’s Day.He was very friendly with great customer service. The spring was broken and he thoroughly explained that he could replace the spring but do some additional repairs to strengthen the maintenance of the door. The garage door had only one spring, he added another . The garage door is working and we did not have to wait until Monday. Excellent company, excellent work by Tito. It was a pleasure to do business with a reputable company.

If I had filled this out based on just the technician visit by Jay, it would’ve been 5 stars across the board. However, I just received news from Precision Door that, instead of the promised “mid-week this week” installation, I’m now waiting till 6 May for installation. No good reason given for the delay. Precision Door shouldn’t make promises it can’t keep. This isn’t in Jay as I’m confident he wouldn’t promise something he didn’t hear from HQ.

I had springs replaced over 10 years ago by Precision. Still going strong! I was told and witnessed that my 20 year old door opener system needed much repair work to bring it back on line. I was told of three options that I could pursue. I selected a middle option by choosing to go with a new Liftmaster opener and belt system (without back up battery option). The technicians (Chris Brown and his assistant) did an excellent job on the install and told me about all the features that came with my new opener. The MyQ app is great. The opener even has a security camera. I strongly recommend Precison to anyone with garage door issues !

When I researched companies in my area Precision seemed to be at the top, with great reviews. The tech who came out to service of our doors could not have been more pleasnt, knowledge, and easy to work with. Chris first did a review of the all the components and found several that needed attention. Most of the components were 30 or years old. Chris broke down each and what needed to be replacement or repaired. So we were able to see what each work cost. While both of the openers were the same age he did recommend replacing both a one was still in decent shape. That honesty was a good sign of his and his company"s honesty.
