Barry and his assistant were fantastic. After calling me a half hour prior to my scheduled service appointment, the Precision team promptly arrived and got right to work. First, they assessed my needs and clearly articulated the options that were avaiable to get my garage door functioning up to par. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns about the product options, time required for the job, and the associated costs. Both service team members quietly went to work. Once the job was completed, they double-checked the functioning of the garage door, key pads,and the remotes. They even helped my husband key code his car to acces the garage! I would definitely recommend this company based on the quality and efficiency of this team member and their pleasant work attitude. We tip our hats to Barry and Michael for a job well done!!!!!
