Craig (and his trainee, Chris) were excellent and provided outstanding customer service. They arrived on time with an advance text notice!!! I did a Google search for garage door repair & found Precision. I noticed that the support rails on the door near the motor appeared to be broken. I was very pleased with my technician, Craig, who was very polite and professional. I didn't expect the cost of the repair & I forgot to request a discount through AAA or for being a senior citizen

I highly recommend Precision, especially for us elderly people because they tell you the truth. There is no bait and switch. Mr. Craig was an excellent technician. He said "you don't need this, but you do need that." Or "this will take 15 minutes or 1-1/2" and that's what it took. More important they are nice and respectful. That very important to me. My last LiftMaster was 19 years old and still running great, but I wanted an update and backup battery install because electricity goes out a lot around here. Grade = A+.
