It is so rare these days to have a company so organized and knowledgeable about the products/services they sell and install. Your technician - Craig Taylor - came out to the house on a Monday (after your website allowed me to make an easy appointment online) and scheduled the repairs on all 5 garage doors for the very next day. He arrived before he said he would, and stayed the entire day to fix the trim and flashing on the garage doors. The work was done with care and precision and the total cost was very reasonable for the size of the job. Nothing but great things to say about my experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Precision to anyone needing service on their garage doors. I would like to thank Craig and Tyler of Precision Door for their professionalism in repairing my garage door that has not been working for 3 years. They surveyed the area, provided their recommendations and had the door working within 10 minutes. They took the extra step and realigned the door sensors and inspected every aspect of the components. Also, I was amazed how inexpensive the bill was! It sure was a great feeling knowing there are still honest people out there. As an added bonus I was happy they knew who Brooks Robinson and Johnny Unitas were!

I looked online for a garage repair service that was close to my location in Edgewater, Md. I am so happy I chose Precision Garage Door Service. From the moment I called to inquired about making an appointment, the customer service person was very friendly to schedule the appointment and explain the process. On the day of the appointment only 2 days after I called, the service tech Craig communicated when he was 30 minutes from arriving. Craig was friendly and took the time to diagnose the issues I was having for each of the 4 doors I have. Craig made some great recommendations to approve the doors operations, that I agreed with. Craig preformed all the work and gave me more suggestions on different ideas I could do to improve operations and life span of my garage door. I highly recommend using Precision Garage Door Service

Last night my garage door stopped working and I had to lower it manually. By a little after 8 AM this morning, Craig Taylor from Precision Door Services showed up to assess the door and make recommendations. It's now 12:00 noon and everything is fixed and the refurbished door is totally quiet for the first time. What a fantastic technician Craig was -- he gave me choices, installed new springs, rails, opener, belts and more and then set everything up. He showed me the new app, reset my PW and reprogrammed my car for the new door. I highly recommend Precision Door Services and Craig! My door looks and acts like it's brand new at half the cost. These guys are "for real" the best there is in this field!

Over the years we have had several issues with our garage door and opener. Precision Garage Door of Central MD has consistently come to our rescue. Last week we had a leak in the garage due to heavy storms. It shorted out our Garage door opener. Precision came out the next day and serviced our opener. Turned out it worked after drying out, but the backup battery had died.

This whole experience was done on a professional level beginning with the initial phone call, setting the date and time, the arrival of the install team (Craig and Jessie were very professional and extremely talented craftsmen in doing the inspection and providing the necessary work to get our garage door up to operational performance) on time as scheduled. The cleaned up and took away the old opener along with the old springs and cables. This update has made the door function the best it has ever worked. JOB WELL DONE!!
