I booked a Repair Appointment online on Friday afternoon for Saturday from 1-5. Our technician, Bobby, was excellent. He was running late because of an unforeseen complication at another home, but let us know an estimated time of arrival. When Bobby arrived, he was courteous, efficient and fixed our problem without any issues. Overall Great Experience.

When closing the garage door this morning as we left to run a few errands, I noticed our 7x16 cedar clad garage door did not close properly. After inspecting te mechanism I noticed the cable ad snapped preventing the heavy door from closing evenly. I called Precision and was greeted warmly, treated with concern and promptly scheduled for a service call within two hours. A Precision technician (Christopher Brown) arrived within the specified time, identified himself and after listening to me explain the problem, performed a 25 point assessment, identified/confirmed the problem, explained the issue and other potential areas that might need attention, provided me a comprehensive estimate and after my approval proceeded to replace the defective parts. Chris was professional, friendly and focused on the task at hand. As a forwarding facing representative of the company, this young man projected a positive can-do attitude, determined to complete the task and to exceed the customers expectation. When the refurbishing of the various garage door components was completed, Christopher explained what he had done, why and pointed out items replaced. The garage door was in need of attention and now operates quietly. rolling smoother with less strain on the motor and closing in a controlled manner. Sometimes you're lucky enough to find a company and a technician that values customer service and places a premium on the quality of the work performed - this was one of those moments and definitely one of those companies. I chose Precision because I had a garage door replaced last year and was happy with the results. Recently I had a problem with the garage door closing properly. After the technician checked the door, he advised that he needed a part and would return the next day. Somehow a communication occurred and the return date didn’t get into the schedule. After my call, everything was handled very well. Thanks to the technician for everything. I would recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.
