I also live in Florida and have had work done by Precision on my garage door at my old house. Precision has also done some work for me at my new house in Florida. Chris was very professional and fixed my garage door problems. He took the time to go over every thing with me. Thank you.

Last night my garage door stopped working and I had to lower it manually. By a little after 8 AM this morning, Craig Taylor from Precision Door Services showed up to assess the door and make recommendations. It's now 12:00 noon and everything is fixed and the refurbished door is totally quiet for the first time. What a fantastic technician Craig was -- he gave me choices, installed new springs, rails, opener, belts and more and then set everything up. He showed me the new app, reset my PW and reprogrammed my car for the new door. I highly recommend Precision Door Services and Craig! My door looks and acts like it's brand new at half the cost. These guys are "for real" the best there is in this field!

I chose to request a quote from Precision Door because of their excellent online reviews. The technician was polite and extremely knowledgeable. Precision was the third quote we received and it was the one we chose. Not because it was the least expensive, but because they were honest and transparent in their dealings with us.

I chose Precision because I had a garage door replaced last year and was happy with the results. Recently I had a problem with the garage door closing properly. After the technician checked the door, he advised that he needed a part and would return the next day. Somehow a communication occurred and the return date didn’t get into the schedule. After my call, everything was handled very well. Thanks to the technician for everything. I would recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.

I booked a Repair Appointment online on Friday afternoon for Saturday from 1-5. Our technician, Bobby, was excellent. He was running late because of an unforeseen complication at another home, but let us know an estimated time of arrival. When Bobby arrived, he was courteous, efficient and fixed our problem without any issues. Overall Great Experience.

Scheduling same-day service was quick & confirmed by email; technician (Tavon) called when on the way & arrived early; diagnosed problem & explained repair options, costs and warranties. Tavon completed the work, cleaned-up, explained what had been done, and tested the door operation. Tavon earned the 5-Star rating and I would use and also recommend Precision again.

Your company exceeded my expectations from the minute (Amanda) answered the telephone as I requested my initial service She was very professional and polite. When Tyler J arrived and began his site inspection and we had a quick conversation I knew I was in good hands. He was beyond professional, polite, and knowledgeable that put me quite at ease. I cannot say enough good things about Tyler J. In my opinion Tyler J is quite an asset to your company. He throughly explained the operation of the door and then made his recommendation. He went over everything one by one and wanted to know if I had any further questions. I did not, and requested he proceed ad described

I picked Precision somewhat randomly. I was extremely impressed with the service. The company kept me informed on the progress of the service. The customer service was very good. Best of all, the technician, Jay, was exceptional. Very competent, very intelligent, very respectful, very personable. This was a surprise experience since I did not know of Precision before our need.
