Keith and Jake were awesome. We had our service call canceled by Sears and that was a blessing in disguise. Our original time was between 1-3:30 but we were called to see if they could earlier. To date, I can only comment on the estimate, as I still have a couple other companies to check out before making a final decision. However, it was very easy to schedule an estimate appointment, which to my surprise was available the same day I called. Mr. Queen drove a long distance to come evaluate my garage door needs and was very personable and informative. He answered all my technical questions and inquired whether I would qualify for a number of discounts that Precision offers. Before making a final decision, I would like to visit your storefront in order to actually see the doors that I might purchase for installation, but what I received today is what I believe is a reasonable quote in a timely manner and with very cordial service! Precision and especially Derrick deserve a 5 star rating! Garage doors are like rocket science to me and Derrick analyzed and fixed my door in about 20 minutes-- amazing!! The young man was very polite and tolerant of my ignorance regarding garage doors. He provided me some really good insight into replacing the door sometime in the near future. There is no doubt in my mind that I will call Precision when I'm ready for the new door. Also, the lady that scheduled the appointment was equally polite and informative.
