Bobby was professional and recommended a tune up, which had never been done to my knowledge. The door had jammed the day before, but overnight last night, the door resumed to the open position. Bobby took care of it. It works now. He retooled both openers, the one I keep in the house and the one I keep in the car. And he even blew the dust and debris from the garage. And he lowered the mechanism to close the garage door so that I can reach it. I have shrunk four inches since the garage door was installed about 20 years ago! Who could ask for anything more? Thank you for everything.

The technician service by Nick was excellent and very friendly. He communicated very well the work needed to get my very old heavy garage door to have a functioning motor and rolling parts to get it to work again. Nick and his colleague spent a long time fixing our door because they had to customize parts to get the very old door system to function. He was so courteous and friendly, and communicated invoicing beforehand, and the work done once completed.

We used Precision when we replaced our original door openers. The serviceman was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. After we discussed the problem, he explained what he was doing to correct it. We contacted Precision yesterday and they came promptly this morning. Our serviceman completed the fix within an hour. He then explained what he did and how it worked. We are very satisfied.

Easy to get a hold of, quick with appointments, arrived on time, repaired quickly. When I had questions about the repair and costs Bobby was patient and thorough in explaining, and they upgraded some parts + 1yr warranty so hopefully this doesn’t happen again soon. Went through everything with me when done. Would recommend and use again.

Precision Garage Doors came out on a Sunday if can believe it and completely refurbished my garage door like new. It runs quiet as a mouse now, smooth rolling all the way. New spring, new wheels, new something else I can’t remember the name of but, all I know is I’m exceedingly happy with the job their technician “Chris” did for us. He arrived early, was kind, thorough and professional and he cleaned up after himself. Great work Chris. Great serve Precision Doors.

I had a great experience with the service technician Nicolas Broughton. He was early for the appointment, well-prepared, and took the time to explain the problem and the solution in a way I could understand. The garage door has been squeaking and Nick returned to assess and determine all that could be done to correct the problem. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door because the company stands behind their work. It is reassuring that the technician will return if the same problem re-occurs. Precision gives prompt response. Precision Garage Door is a neighborly company. I've found that they have high standards!

They weren’t able to repair my door, something I thought would be an easy fix, the tech seemed to think I was being absurd for wanting the repair I was requesting ( a common T- handle lock assembly. ) and I never heard from them again. They didn’t charge for anything but… they should probably mention in their adds what services they can and cannot do.

This has been a learning experience. I am the President of a condo association board in the past we had less than desirable service from a garage door company in repairing one of our garage doors. We had our management Co call Precision Garage and the technician immediately diagnosed the problem and made the repair. I was not the President at this time but was familiar with incident. Here is where it gets interesting the board was so impressed with the service they decided to enter into a maintenance contract with them (Precision Garage Door of Baltimore, Inc.) We were slated for four service calls a year. When the service truck came out I noticed that there were no markings on the truck, and the technician was not in clothing with the company logo. Since this was a routine service call I just thought that Precision Garage Door outsourced some of its work to private vendors. It was not until this emergency happened that the difference was noted. Our garage door spring broke and as it usually does it was after hours and on the weekend. I googled Precision garage door and called the number provided and it was and answering machine, not what I expected from a company who advertised 24/7 emergency service. I left my name and number but received no call back. I then looked at past invoices and called that number and received the same voicemail. Confused I did a google search again and found another number and called and received your company and a live person and set up a service call for the next day. I disabled the garage door and had some help raising it and propping it open so residents could exit the garage. The next day your technician arrived as promised in a truck wrapped in your advertising. And dressed in your work clothes. He looked at the door and asked when it was last service and I told him ln October he seemed perplexed when I told him the technician was on a vehicle with no markings. I showed him an invoice and he replied that’s not our company. At this point I was totally shocked having learned that we were in contract with a company with the same name and logo as yours. Needless to say your technician was willing to make the repair, but lseft it up to me since we did have a contractual agreement with an imposter. I elected to not have him do the work reluctantly. I would however like an estimate from your company for a preventative maintenance contract.

I was so impressed with the quick response to my on line scheduling request and the date and time I selected was confirmed. Elijah was polite and professional. He listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem, made the repair all within 30 minutes. Hopefully I will not have future problems with the door but if I do Precision will be my first call.

We were driving by Mr. Jamal Crosby's service van and stopped to ask him about Precision's service. I explained our issue and he gave me his card and said it was something he could take care of. Mr. Crosby was courteous and insightful. We called Precision, made an appointment. Mr. Crosby went over all the issues that was wrong with our 25-year-old door and explained he could make our door like new with replacing the entire door. He didn't tell me anything I didn't already know and didn't try to sell me something I knew I didn't need. He did a fantastic job and in reasonable time.

I received same day, non-emergency service to repair a garage door that wouldn't open. The repairs were significant due to age and rust. Nicholas Broughton was the technician. Nick from Arbutus was awesome! Showed up on time, very professional, explained why I needed new opener and upgraded features I would have. Install was efficient and system worked perfect. Much quieter than my 20 yr old opener. Programmed outdoor key pad and both remotes. LED light so no more climbing up ladder to replace bulbs. Could not be happier and I’m not an easily pleased customer. Nick was outstanding!!!

My old garage door opener bit the dust after 40+ years in operation. Tyler diagnosed the problem quickly, offered up three pricing alternatives from top of the line model install, a solid and better than average genie install or me buying my own and just the install price. Went with that middle option and was installed in about 90 minutes on a very hot day. Great job and it should last 25 years. Recommended!
