I called for service on Thursday and the tech came, on time, the next day. He was friendly and very professional. He diagnosed the problem which involved the door rather than the opener motor, explained the problem in detail, gave me a price which I accepted and fixed it then. He had the parts in his truck thankfully. He did a beautiful job and even swept out leaves which had blown into the garage.

This is an amazing company. I was blown away by the promptness and the professionalism. They sent Bobby out to our garage on a Saturday night - before he comes out, they send an email telling us his hobbies and recent vacations. He shows up with a big smile on his face, gets to work, and is wonderful with our kids. Super professional, knows his stuff, and fixes everything in a few hours since his truck is stocked with every part imaginable. It was expensive, but I feel the service we received was well worth it.

Great service, Technician was very courageous throughout the installation and explained all aspects of this installation . Was early on the projected arrival time. Got right to work on the installation and completed in what I considered a good time. Really nice young man, very respectful and explained everything he was doing prior to the installation. The service that Precision is what you used to expect from home repair companies. The professionalism, courtesy, and compassion that we received from the second that we made the appointment to the time the opener and drive were replaced. I replace the board in the head unit myself two years ago and knowing that we have a 10 year warranty on the products is worth every cent that we spent. Jay C, the service technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Our aged and inoperable door was replaced and working in less than an hour.

I checked online for it after seeing commercials on TV. The experience was great and Bobby explained everything in detail so my wife and I would understand it! Yes on expectations and solving the garage problem. Bobby was very professional & courteous! If we need help with our garage door again, we want Bobby! Helpful without a question. I have been an teacher for 50 years and Bobby did educate me on the things that really deal with the garage door! He should get a raise and please thank him for both of us!

Tavon provided prompt, excellent customer service and work on our garage door after the spring broke. He walked me through his service proposal and I felt very confident with his recommendations. It was so convenient to book an online appointment before their office opened and have a technician come out within 15 minutes of the start of the appointment window. Great communication with Tavon via phone as well as automated email and text when he was within 5 minutes of our home.
