I can’t say enough good things about Tito Cruz! From start to finish, his communication was outstanding—clear, prompt, and professional. He was thorough, honest, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Tito quickly identified the issue with our broken garage and knew exactly how to fix it. He also took the time to provide sound, practical advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. The day I came home from foot surgery our garage door spring broke. Tyler came out looked at our 25 year door and hardware. He gave me several options to get the door moving again, he had everything on the truck. He was very professional and whit-in an hour all of the hardware had been replaced and now the door moves much smother and quieter. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone that asks!

Your Technician Tito came to our house. I called Precision for one repair. While here..Tito pointed out several potential and 'on the verge of failure" issues. The door is 23 yrs old with no maintenance what so ever. He had all repair and replacement parts on his work truck. Knocked the whole project out in a couple hrs. Even with my dog nose'n around. Price was reasonable for all repairs that were performed.

Tyler came to our house on a Saturday afternoon to fix our garage door. We asked for quotes on 3 different options. He inspected the door and wrote up the quotes. He sat with us and talked through each in detail and answered all of our questions so we could make an informed decision. We are purchasing a whole new system but he made our operable until the installation date. He was fantastic and recommend Precision to anyone who wants quality and dealing with professionals!

Tyler was awesome at fixing my garage door. He explained all the ins and outs of what was happening - why the coil broke, things to pay attention in the future, and why my garage had the issue. (Its a decent size garage). He did a good inspection and gave me pricing options. He had it repaired in about an hour. I’d recommend him and Precision to everyone.

Torsion spring replacement: the tech was friendly and did a good job, the review rating is based on price and up-sale tactics. The tech worked up 3 pricing options for this repair: OK fix $684, Good fix $1300, Great fix $1600, with each level replacing more parts (apart from the broken torsion spring) and started to explain them to me. I said: When I chatted online your rep indicated the max price for this repair was $300. He said: Yeah, if you only want the spring replaced. I said: Do that. 1. The spring only replacement wasn't even provided as an option 2. Imo trying to gouge a customer for all that money to replace parts that aren't needed with a spring replacement is robbery. I feel sorry for folks who are unaware and waste their hard earned money. You can google for yourself if these other parts are required for a spring repair, I found they are not. That should be explained to the customer.

The technician, Tito” was incredibly nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable of all aspects of the garage doors. As soon as he arrived, he quickly pointed out a few other visible issues with various components of the door systems, like frayed cables and worn rollers which would break completely shortly. Although I do a lot of DIY, this is one of those repairs you want a professional installer fixing. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service from Tito.
