I was having a problem with my garage door lifting so I looked on the internet to see who had the best reviews. When I called the response was we will have someone out within the hour. This was not an emergency so we agreed for the next morning. Tito Cruz our technician called before he arrived letting us know who was to show up. He showed us the problem and had the door fixed that morning. Tito was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong. Very pleased and would recommend Tito and Precision to anyone. They provided same day service. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable and finished the job quickly and to my satisfaction. He even made some minor adjustments to get rid of a hitch in the door that had been there forever. Great service. Would recommend.

He first came up with a quote for the work, explaining what each line item was for, and got me an option that I could work with. His execution was workmanlike and thorough and I would certainly recommend him and request his services if I need further work on my garage doors. The garage door would not open or close a couple of days before leaving town. It needed repaired quickly. Looking at different web sites of the companies that had good reviews, I chose to go in order but stopped at Precision because they could come out the next day. Mr. Cruz, the technician was competent, efficient, professional and personable. The door itself was okay, but all the moving parts needed to be replaced after 21 years. A look at the parts replaced, I am surprised they lasted as long as they did.The door functions better than it ever did. It wasn't just the cables purchased, but the whole system minus the door and brackets. I would highly recommend Precision and Mr. Cruz for any garage door purchase or repair.

I like the fact that precision got out right away in serviced my door on Sunday. Tito came to service our garage door on a Sunday, Mother’s Day.He was very friendly with great customer service. The spring was broken and he thoroughly explained that he could replace the spring but do some additional repairs to strengthen the maintenance of the door. The garage door had only one spring, he added another . The garage door is working and we did not have to wait until Monday. Excellent company, excellent work by Tito. It was a pleasure to do business with a reputable company.

Tito Cruz once again provided superb service. He quickly determined the motor for my garage door had failed due to a power surge from a storm. His truck contained a replacement unit, so he quickly fixed the problem. He then inspected the other door system parts and found the 10-year-old roller bearings of my most-used door were in bad shape . . about to fail. He quickly replaced them. BOTTOM LINE: Quick response by Precision. The firm supplied both a highly-skilled tech (Tito) and a van that contained all needed replacement parts.

Called and got an appointment for the next morning. Tito Cruz called to tell me he was on the way and showed up on time. Tito was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a full maintenance check on both doors, lubricated where necessary, and fixed the travel. He replaced the backup batteries and added locks. All work was done well and quickly. And he left me some lubricant and showed me where to apply in the future. Very satisfied.
