Unlike some service companies, it was such a pleasure dealing with Precision. 1. They responded to our problem and scheduled an appointment immediately (on a Sunday). 2. They were prompt on their arrival and kept in contact with us before they arrived. 3. The service tech (Tito Cruz) was not only highly qualified, but he was friendly and made us feel comfortable about his skills and security. 4. He told us how long the job would take and finished a little sooner than expected. I understand that this almost sounds too good to be true, but it IS true. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair. P.S. I don't know how much Tito makes, but the owners should give him a raise.

Exceptional service! After contacting Precision Garage Door Service late on a Saturday evening they sent a representative to my house early Sunday morning to repair my 10 year-old garage door. Their on-line booking process was simple and their representative arrived in the 2-hour window requested. Tito C. was professional, polite and immediately diagnosed the problem. He worked up various options from minimal (must do) repairs to get the system up and running to replacing/upgrading some of the other more critical parts to upgrading an entire operational system. He walked through each option with me including describing the service, benefits and costs which enabled me to make an informed decision in the level of service chosen. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to others!

Response time was great. My garage broke last night and was fixed by the next afternoon. Tito, our technician, is super friendly and provided cost options. He cleared laid out my options. Tito even visited with the dog next door to get him to stop barking. Highly recommend

Tito was an excellent technician and thorough in his procedures. In fact, there was a squeak, not related to the direct task at hand, that “bothered” him and he did not leave until he was satisfied that he had resolved the matter. That type of service and thoroughness is a special trait to have.

Tito was very informative about explaining the problems with our garage door. Since our garage door was several years old it did have quite a few problems. So we had Tito go ahead and fix the issues. Your Technician Tito came to our house. I called Precision for one repair. While here..Tito pointed out several potential and 'on the verge of failure" issues. The door is 23 yrs old with no maintenance what so ever. He had all repair and replacement parts on his work truck. Knocked the whole project out in a couple hrs. Even with my dog nose'n around. Price was reasonable for all repairs that were performed.

Called requesting service and received same within 30 minutes. Tito was very open and honest about previous work (door replacement) which should have came with upgraded equipment to handle the weight difference. He showed me the results of wear and tear and recommended the upgrades. Work was completed in about 3-hours and the difference was tremendous. Quiet and convenient. Would recommend Precision and Tito to anyone.

I am truly impressed with the quality of work, timeliness of the repair, and professional demeanor of Tito Cruz. I was convinced to give Precision Garage Door a call after seeing the commercials. If I had a garage door problem, this would be the company to call. Ironically, the spring broke on the garage door this past Saturday evening. I called Sunday morning and actually had a live voice who answered the call. Wow. Scheduled for 1 - 5 the same day. Tito called and was at my house mid morning. Another wow. My husband spoke with Tito. He was absolutely fantastic. Very personable and professional. Made the repairs, which looked amazing, and the door is even quieter than before. I usually don't give very many highly praised reviews but this company and Tito deserve such high praises. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is having trouble with their garage door and need help. Thank you very much for truly impressing my husband and I on such an outstanding experience from the initial phone call in making the appointment to my garage door back up and running again. We had a 5 year old builder quality garage door / opener combination that has continued to get louder with more vibrations despite our best maintenance efforts. We called Precision to check out the problems. Tito arrived on time and immediately began troubleshooting the door. He gave us an estimate which we accepted and went right to work. Within a couple of hours he had installed new rollers, springs, and cables and a new belt driven opener. What an improvement. The only problem was a loose wire connection that Tito came back the next day to repair. We are very pleased with the timeliness and quality of the repair. PS - Make sure to ask Tito about any discounts.

I needed to have my garage door repaired as it looked to me like there was a broken cable, a roller was off track and it wouldn't close. I chose Precision because I have seen your ads. Appt. was scheduled for a "window" and my tech, Tito Cruz, called early in the window. I like that Precision sends info about the tech! Tito diagnosed what was wrong with my old door and gave me several options to choose from in order to repair it. He explained everything that should be done. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. My door works and sounds better than it has in 30 years! I am very pleased that I decided to call Precision.

I was having a problem with my garage door lifting so I looked on the internet to see who had the best reviews. When I called the response was we will have someone out within the hour. This was not an emergency so we agreed for the next morning. Tito Cruz our technician called before he arrived letting us know who was to show up.
