I really wasn't sure what garage door company to use and was hesitant... Don't hesitate use Precision. My expectations are high and they exceeded them from the first phone call to the amazing service tech Tito. His level of knowledge and professionalism was over the top - he exceeded my expectation. He fixed the springs, rollers, belt, cables... well everything except new door panels (it was a mess from my other garage person) Thank you Tito!

I was impressed by the whole process. I became aware on a Sunday that my garage door spring was broken and I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. The technician, Tito” was incredibly nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable of all aspects of the garage doors. As soon as he arrived, he quickly pointed out a few other visible issues with various components of the door systems, like frayed cables and worn rollers which would break completely shortly. Although I do a lot of DIY, this is one of those repairs you want a professional installer fixing. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service from Tito.

The spring on my garage door broke and Tito came out today to fix it. The parts were at least 28 years old, so he replaced everything with a new system that opens the door more evenly and quieter! Service was quick and very professional. I would request Tito again in the future. I used Precision over 15 years ago at a different home and I am pleased to see their customer service has remained the same! I highly recommend them if you are in need!

I chose Precision because of the reviews as well as the flexibility of scheduling so I could be home during the service. Tito was the installer today. He was absolutely awesome!!! He definitely knows what he is doing. After he assessed that our opener was basically non repairable he gave us 3 options for replacement. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Anybody that gets him on their service call will be very pleased.
