Precision had installed our replacement garage door operator several years ago and we were very happy with the result. I tried programming the operator to a new vehicle and messed up. Easy to get a hold of, quick with appointments, arrived on time, repaired quickly. When I had questions about the repair and costs Bobby was patient and thorough in explaining, and they upgraded some parts + 1yr warranty so hopefully this doesn’t happen again soon. A freezing Sunday morning is NOT when you want to find your garage door not working. Fortunately, we had a recommendation to Precision. They sent Tito that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us options to resolve. I recommend Precision - and Tito - to anyone with a garage door problem.

Let's just start by saying I was hesitant to write this review because I really liked Bobby, he was knowledgeable and quickly repaired my garage door which had a busted spring. I didn't get any other quotes, which is my own fault but I did feel the cost was high. Almost $2k to repair a garage door, which took Bobby about 1 hour to repair. Sometimes, you have to pay just for piece of mind. The real reason for the knock in rating was the cleanup. As soon as I drove my truck that day, I found a screw in my tire. The exact screw that was removed during the garage door repair. I had to find a shop to patch my tire (a $45 expense) and also found a piece of broken plastic roller, which Bobby had shown the other piece to me earlier as a demonstration of how cheap those rollers are. I felt like the hurry to finish and get out of there and on to the next job resulted in the failed cleanup of hardware and my damaged tire.

Chris Brown came out to my house originally to see why my garage door/opener wasn't working properly. He did a thorough inspection, explained what he found in great detail, and provided me with several different options about how to fix my garage door. He didn't pressure me to make a decision there on the spot and gave me some time to discuss with my family about what we wanted to do. A couple days later, we called back to set up our appointment, Chris came back and did an excellent job. I will be calling back (hopefully not for a long time) when I need my garage door system serviced.

Had Precision Garage Door install a new opener one year ago. With the extreme cold weather I had a slight problem opening the door the last couple of days. Called Precision Door and was advised that they could have someone come out today (1-20-26) between 330 & 500PM. The technician arrived approximately 415, checked for the problem and made several minor adjustments to the door, springs, and track Door seems to be fine now. We had a problem with our garage door not opening, We called for service and were given an appointment for between 10:30am and 1:00pm on the following day. We received a call from your service man at about 8:30am asking if he could arrive early because we were his first call of the day. He arrived at about 9:15 am, figured out what our problem was and repaired it within 45 minutes. I was impressed with his friendly and courteous demeanor and the professional way he handled our problem. We would certainly recommend your company to anyone with a garage door problem. Our entire experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. From the initial phone call through the completion of the service, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was top-notch with text message confirmations and updates, and although we were given a two-hour arrival window, the technician also called ahead with a heads-up and clear ETA. Brent, the technician who serviced our home, was outstanding. He was punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The reason for our service call was that the garage door was closing hard and was bending in the middle. Within the first couple of minutes—right after greeting each other—Brent had already diagnosed the issues. He explained how and why the bend and the slight tear at the top of the door had happened, and pointed out other things that needed to be addressed with the door When I shared our bigger concern about the loud noise from the garage door opener—especially with our kids’ bedroom directly above the garage—Brent was completely upfront. He explained that the existing opener was a basic builder-grade system and that the noise issue wouldn’t improve without replacing it. He then walked me through the newer, quieter system, explained the process clearly, and ensured our satisfaction before starting any work. Once everything was completed, the results spoke for themselves—my wife’s reaction said it all. The difference was night and day. Brent also took the time to give us a quick tutorial and tips, which we appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, professional, and helpful. Precision exceeded our expectations, solved our problem, and delivered exactly what was promised. Their quick response time, strong communication, and solid reputation gave us confidence from the start. We’re completely satisfied with Precision and the excellent services provided by Brent.
