Garage door broke Friday Precision came out the next day!! They sent Nick!! He was a lifesaver because the cars were stuck in the garage!! Nick was Knowledgable and professional! He checked the garage door out and had me back up and running shortly after!! I would def recommend Precision thanks to their tech Nick!!!

I received same day, non-emergency service to repair a garage door that wouldn't open. The repairs were significant due to age and rust. Nicholas Broughton was the technician. He was very courteous and professional and explained all aspects of the repair and provided a clear estimate before work began. He called Trevor for assistance. I would definitely call Precision again should the need arise.

Very pleased with the service. Nick, the technician arrived early and found the problem right away. He explained to me how the springs and rollers work for the door operation. I called for service on a garage door at 5:00 last evening. They had a technician (Tyler Johnson) here at 8:15 this morning. Very nice young man and very professional. He shared with me what he thought the problem was and then he went to work on it. He identified the problem, replaced the motor, etc. and was out of here in less than 2 hours. Door runs quiet and smooth. I was very pleased with Tyler and the service.

Nick from Arbutus was awesome! Showed up on time, very professional, explained why I needed new opener and upgraded features I would have. Install was efficient and system worked perfect. Much quieter than my 20 yr old opener. Programmed outdoor key pad and both remotes. LED light so no more climbing up ladder to replace bulbs. Could not be happier and I’m not an easily pleased customer. Nick was outstanding!!!

I chose Precision because I had a garage door replaced last year and was happy with the results. Recently I had a problem with the garage door closing properly. After the technician checked the door, he advised that he needed a part and would return the next day. Somehow a communication occurred and the return date didn’t get into the schedule. After my call, everything was handled very well. Thanks to the technician for everything. I would recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.

20+ year old garage broke and Precision sent Chris B. the next day. Chris was extremely helpful in determining what exactly was broken ( a few things) and what needed to be fixed now or wait till later. Since it was so old and this was a new home purchase we decided to replace almost everything besides the door itself. Chris was great at explaining the functionality of every piece we were replacing and going through all the changes after the replacement. Would definitely recommend.

We called Precision and were scheduled within a couple of days. Chris B. came on time, did a thorough analysis, and provided us with a couple of recommendations. We choose a new door opener and rollers, and they were installed on the visit within a couple of hours. Chris did an excellent job of explaining everything, and we now have an updated system that we are very pleased with.

We were driving by Mr. Jamal Crosby's service van and stopped to ask him about Precision's service. I explained our issue and he gave me his card and said it was something he could take care of. Mr. Crosby was courteous and insightful. We called Precision, made an appointment. Mr. Crosby went over all the issues that was wrong with our 25-year-old door and explained he could make our door like new with replacing the entire door. He didn't tell me anything I didn't already know and didn't try to sell me something I knew I didn't need. He did a fantastic job and in reasonable time.
