Your service tech Tyler was very professional. He introduced himself when he arrived and after looking at the problem he explained everything he needed to do and had all the materials on his truck to make the repair on this same trip. Showed me what he was doing and answered all my questions. After he finished I asked him to look at another garage door for replacement and will be sending me a quote to make those repairs Very polite, Efficient, and knowledgeable Thank you for sending him to my home Would definitely ask for him should I need any work needed in the future

Elijah Bowman immediately noticed why our one door wasn't opening/closing correctly. He readjusted the coil mechanism so the disc that the tension wire runs through it but the tension wasn't right to it flapped and hit the ceiling. He adjusted it to make it more easily operate. He was on time and the email appointment confirmation and advance notification of his arrival were helpful. We asked for Elijah because he did the initial work and is an expert at his craft.

Would highly recommend this company for garage door repairs. The technician Keyon Haughton discussed my repair needs for my manual garage door and provided a very detailed estimate of the parts and labor costs. Keyon was very detail oriented and friendly and did all repairs to my complete satisfaction. He was a pleasure to work with. The only small snag was dealing with the call center. I very clearly spelled my name and e-mail address to Ashley. After the repairs were done, noticed on the invoice that my name was spelled incorrectly. Also, the invoice had the name of the head of household as my deceased mother. She re-sent the paid invoice with my name spelled properly by did not remove my mother's name.

I moved into this house in 2007 and I think Precision was the original installer of the system. I did have to dig through some old files to find the "Precision" name since it is no longer marked on the "Liftmaster" devices installed during the last upgrade.
