Technician was on time. He spent a good amount of time inspecting and explaining. My garage door would go down halfway and then raise back up. I knew it wasn't the sensor. After replacing parts he did about 25 test runs. All worked fine. As he was leaving the problem returned. Tech came back and worked on the garage door opener. Found some issues there also. Spent another hour teaking the system and all works fine now. Very friendly, very thorough. This was my 2nd time working with this company. I will do so again.

Technician showed up on time & did an efficient job of replaced two door sweeps, replaced all rollers, added a cable through the spring to meet code to prevent springs snapping loose to cause ijnjury or damage a vehicle for two doors & replaced the two doors pulleys. This review tool doesn't allow me to show the number of different parts he replaced so I picked rollers only, but as you read, you understand he did more. He was very neat about his work area and cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend this tech and Precision Garage Door Service of Baltimore.

Five Star Rating for both Precision and Tavon, our technician. Called for garage door opener replacement at 8 and installation was complete by noon. Tavon was professional and instilled confidence from arrival through completion of install. He clearly communicated options with pros/cons, operating tutorial including app setup on the phone. I couldn’t have asked for a more trouble free transaction. Highly recommend both Precision and Tavon.

I was first impressed with the answering service, asking thorough questions and requesting specific information. The serviceman, Ron, arrived timely and followed parking etiquette so not to inconvenience our neighbors. Ron is very knowledgeable of garage doors i.e., counterbalancing and force conversions that are needed to offset the doors weight. Plus, he is very charismatic and customer oriented. I would definitely recommend Precision going forward.

Called requesting service and received same within 30 minutes. Tito was very open and honest about previous work (door replacement) which should have came with upgraded equipment to handle the weight difference. He showed me the results of wear and tear and recommended the upgrades. Work was completed in about 3-hours and the difference was tremendous. Quiet and convenient. Would recommend Precision and Tito to anyone.

We were driving by Mr. Jamal Crosby's service van and stopped to ask him about Precision's service. I explained our issue and he gave me his card and said it was something he could take care of. Mr. Crosby was courteous and insightful. We called Precision, made an appointment. Mr. Crosby went over all the issues that was wrong with our 25-year-old door and explained he could make our door like new with replacing the entire door. He didn't tell me anything I didn't already know and didn't try to sell me something I knew I didn't need. He did a fantastic job and in reasonable time.

Garage door broke Friday Precision came out the next day!! They sent Nick!! He was a lifesaver because the cars were stuck in the garage!! Nick was Knowledgable and professional! I received same day, non-emergency service to repair a garage door that wouldn't open. The repairs were significant due to age and rust. Nicholas Broughton was the technician. He was very courteous and professional and explained all aspects of the repair and provided a clear estimate before work began. He called Trevor for assistance. Very pleased with the service. Nick, the technician arrived early and found the problem right away. He explained to me how the springs and rollers work for the door operation. I called for service on a garage door at 5:00 last evening. They had a technician (Tyler Johnson) here at 8:15 this morning. Very nice young man and very professional. He shared with me what he thought the problem was and then he went to work on it. He identified the problem, replaced the motor, etc. and was out of here in less than 2 hours. Door runs quiet and smooth. I was very pleased with Tyler and the service.

Your Technician Tito came to our house. I called Precision for one repair. While here..Tito pointed out several potential and 'on the verge of failure" issues. The door is 23 yrs old with no maintenance what so ever. He had all repair and replacement parts on his work truck. Knocked the whole project out in a couple hrs. Even with my dog nose'n around. Price was reasonable for all repairs that were performed.
