Their website is impressive, the customer service administrator was professional, scheduling was immediate and convenient, the technician was competent, prepared and pleasant. I am impressed with the final product. My technician installed my opener in no time at all. He respectfully explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions.

Would highly recommend this company for garage door repairs. The technician Keyon Haughton discussed my repair needs for my manual garage door and provided a very detailed estimate of the parts and labor costs. Keyon was very detail oriented and friendly and did all repairs to my complete satisfaction. He was a pleasure to work with. The only small snag was dealing with the call center. I very clearly spelled my name and e-mail address to Ashley. After the repairs were done, noticed on the invoice that my name was spelled incorrectly. Also, the invoice had the name of the head of household as my deceased mother. She re-sent the paid invoice with my name spelled properly by did not remove my mother's name.

I moved into this house in 2007 and I think Precision was the original installer of the system. I did have to dig through some old files to find the "Precision" name since it is no longer marked on the "Liftmaster" devices installed during the last upgrade.

Door works now. Wasn't keen on paying extra without being asked before the work was completed. Work was 320 for which I signed for, which was 2 eyes. After I stalled I was told he had to put 2 brackets on. Already done. Testing the door, it was doing the same thing. Called the office and it ended up the force? Under a sticker on the motor. So was that all I needed from the beginning? Anyway total bill was 430. 110 for 2 small brackets. Learned my lesson and glad you made a lot on 2 small brackets. Still no invoice. Checked spam and nothing. Can you send me my invoice please. Thank you.

Service was good, but tried to sell new track wheels on door that was just installed last year. Also said I would receive summary of work/invoice and record of payment by email, but it was never received.

The appt was scheduled quickly, they reminded me the day before of the appointment and the technician called to let me know the exact time he’d arrive at my house. He assessed what I needed to be done to my garage door and gave me a very reasonable price for all of the work he accomplished in a few short hours. My garage door looks brand new now.
