For a $1,100 price tag on 30K cycle springs and bearing replacement on a 2 car garage, I was expecting at least a 5–10 year warranty on the springs instead of the 1 year warranty initially offered that was inched up to 2 years.Their weak point is not standing behind a product they claim will last longer.

They were not able to arrive at the expected time but they called and texted me to explain there delay and that wasn't a problem. Jamal Crosby was the tech that did the work and he went above and beyond what I expected, got right to work and resolved the issue.

Last night my garage door stopped working and I had to lower it manually. By a little after 8 AM this morning, Craig Taylor from Precision Door Services showed up to assess the door and make recommendations. It's now 12:00 noon and everything is fixed and the refurbished door is totally quiet for the first time. What a fantastic technician Craig was -- he gave me choices, installed new springs, rails, opener, belts and more and then set everything up. He showed me the new app, reset my PW and reprogrammed my car for the new door. I highly recommend Precision Door Services and Craig! My door looks and acts like it's brand new at half the cost. These guys are "for real" the best there is in this field!

I called Precision at 8am on a Monday morning. Spoke to a live person in less than a minute without having to sift through any kind of menu system. She was courteous, friendly and able to quickly set up an appointment for a technician to repair my broken torsion spring. Incredibly, the appointment was between 10am and noon on this same day. Technician (Barry) called around 9:30am and asked if it was OK if he arrived a bit earlier. I told him it was OK and he arrived less than 10 minutes later. Barry quickly reviewed the garage door, opener and environment and provided an estimate. I signed off for Precision to perform the work and they replaced the springs and related hardware in roughly 15 minutes. I am quite pleased with the response time of Precision, the apparent quality of the new hardware and the capability and friendliness of its employees. I would certainly recommend this company to others for garage door services.

Torsion spring on our door failed trapping our car inside with door too heavy to lift safely. Precision was able to get a technician out that afternoon who did a top quality job with top quality parts fixing several problems including replacing the spring. The door and opener were adjusted and work perfectly. Barry, the technician, explained everything he was doing and what the charges would be. Barry was a pleasure to work with and cleaned up when the job was done.

Precision came and replaced my springs and spring assembly. The technician was quick and polite. He explained everything . I needed to get more than just one spring replaced as I apparently had a "Home Depot" special installed by the original contractor and it was in need of repair. I am 100% satisfied with my new spring system and the technician.

As luck would have it, I closed my garage door with an aluminum pole protruding out of the garage. The result was the door came down on an angle, three guide wheels fell out, the track bent out and the cables came off their wheels. The next morning I called Precision Garage Door as well as another company. The first thing that attracted me to Precision was the woman (Elizabeth) whom I spoke to. She was friendly and professional. I was told I could expect the technician to arrive between 12 noon and 2 pm. Well, Barry C. showed up at about 11:45. For the next 90 minutes, Barry C. amazed me with his knowledge and expertise, not to mention, he didn't stop moving/working the whole time. Barry took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. It was quite evident that Barry took pride in what he was doing and certainly should.
