Fantastic service. Arrived on time. Diagnosed and explained the issue. Quoted the repair and provided no pressure to accept the service immediately (even though I did). Repair was made and demonstrated before leaving. Definitely recommend.

This was my first garage problem so I didn't know who to call so I did a Google search and found your site. The design of the site and the reviews made me feel your company would be the best for me. When I called for an appointment the person I spoke with was very friendly and professional. My call was later in the evening and I was told I would have a technician at my home around noon the next day. Barry called me to say he was on his way and arrived before noon. Barry was very customer centric and suggested different levels for repairing my door. I was amazed at how quickly he repaired my garage door and the quality of his work. He showed me in detail what he did and even showed me the old parts. I will certainly use your service again if needed and would request Barry. I will also recommend your company to others that may also have a door problem.

Don't know if my wife already provide a feedback but I was very pleased with the results and the professional and know how attitude from your technician. I will use you guys again. On another note we need a weather strip for the bottom of our garage door and someone was suppose to get back to us on this. Please provide a place to pick up or how to get the strip. Again thanks for a job well done!

We called your company as you had previously serviced our garage doors some years back . We got an estimate for a new garage door opener but found it much more than we wanted to spend . So we bought it ourselves and had Precision install it . Still expensive but we wanted it done right by a professional . We were very pleased with your technician Francisco who took the time to explain the new features and answered questions politely . We would recommend your company based on his service and your quick response to schedule the appointment the next day .
