Our technician Jamal Crosby was excellent. He was very polite, and explained everything thoroughly, including what to listen and look for. Scheduling was easy and quick. Had to turn down a same day appointment due to a conflict, but great to know it was available.

He repaired our door in less than 70 minutes. This company truly stands by their work and will immediately rectify any issue. I had my garage doors & openers installed over 13 years ago. Precision had installed our replacement garage door operator several years ago and we were very happy with the result. I tried programming the operator to a new vehicle and messed up. I called precision. They came out the next day and fix the problem promptly. The technician, Jamal, was friendly and skilled.

We were driving by Mr. Jamal Crosby's service van and stopped to ask him about Precision's service. I explained our issue and he gave me his card and said it was something he could take care of. Mr. Crosby was courteous and insightful. We called Precision, made an appointment. Mr. Crosby went over all the issues that was wrong with our 25-year-old door and explained he could make our door like new with replacing the entire door. He didn't tell me anything I didn't already know and didn't try to sell me something I knew I didn't need. He did a fantastic job and in reasonable time.

I have used Precision Garage Door Services for a number of years for trouble-shooting, repair, maintenance, and for the complete replacement of door, controller, and frame. I have found their technicians to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Today, their technician (Jamal) arrived on time and diagnosed a problem with my wall-mounted remote. He replaced the remote under warranty, then reviewed key maintenance points on the overall garage door, rollers, etc. I am also pleased with their products, which I find to be of high quality. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services.

I want to thank Precision Garage Doors for their speedy service (same day on a weekend) and the excellent job Jamal did. He gave us recommendations for both repair of our existing issues compared with replacement with a new system, went over the pros and cons given the age of our original components and did the repairs in record time. Our doors work great now and recommend considering them for your garage door needs.

We replaced some spring and rollers, he tightened our chain, and got everything working again. Our door also makes a lot less noise now. 10/10 would recommend.

About noon our garage door wouldn't close. The cables had come unspooled and it was stuck in the open position. I called Precision and they said someone could come out between 3:30 and 9PM. Their technician, Jamal Crosby, called me at 4:45 and told me he was half an hour away. He arrived exactly when he said he would and quickly inspected the problem and gave me an estimate for the repair. The estimate was reasonable and he said he could complete the work in an hour. 45mins later he was done and everything was working properly. Jamal explained what he believed was the cause of the problem and how I could inspect the door in the future to obtain maintenance before it broke again. He also explained to me how to lubricate the door. Overall my experience was excellent. Jamal was extremely professional and courteous. He arrived when he said he would and completed the repairs professionally and quickly. Jamal is an excellent representative for Precision Garage Door.

Came home from Thanksgiving to a busted garage door, cables all tangled up, stuck closed, nothing you could do about it. Was a bummer way to cap off a great holiday. Called Precision Garage Door, and they had a tech out right away. Jamal Crosby was great, diagnosed the problem quickly, found the most cost effective way to fix it, and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Did great QA, tested everything multiple times, and even looked at my other door to make sure it wasn't going to break the same way. Overall 5 start experience, would call again if something broke.

I reached out to PGD after several months of odd noises coming from our garage door when opening/closing. Our tech, Jamal Crosby, was super! He was professional to a fault and was very knowledgeable, quickly identifying our issues and giving us all of our options. He even made time to greet our dog, much to our dog's delight. The repair was made in a timely fashion, and the invoice was explained in great detail. Should we have issues in the future, I will be calling Jamal right away.

As always, your guys did a stellar job. I was happy to hear that all my garage door needed was a basic maintenance check and lubrication, and they got done in less than half an hour. Both Jamal and Chad were absolutely delightful, polite, respectful, and honest. As I told them, they’re now on my list of great Precision Garage Door employees that I have encountered over the years. Keep up the great work!
