We called Precision and were scheduled within a couple of days. Chris B. came on time, did a thorough analysis, and provided us with a couple of recommendations. We choose a new door opener and rollers, and they were installed on the visit within a couple of hours. Chris did an excellent job of explaining everything, and we now have an updated system that we are very pleased with.

We were very happy with the whole process; book on line, confirmation , a call and email with the technician’s name and approximate time of service . When Robert arrived he was very professional. He introduced himself and asked me what exactly has been going on with the garage door opener . Robert explained what he noticed and told us what our options were . I was having issues with my 22 year old garage door opener. I noticed the rubber belt was frayed and called Precision Door based on reviews on the internet. I received an immediate reply stating someone would be out the next day. The repairman, Chris, explained all the issues with my door and pointed out the problems. He repaired everything the same day, pointed out the repairs and thoroughly explained the new opener making sure I clearly understood its operation. Great Job !!!!!

Tito came to service our garage door on a Sunday, Mother’s Day.He was very friendly with great customer service. The spring was broken and he thoroughly explained that he could replace the spring but do some additional repairs to strengthen the maintenance of the door. The garage door had only one spring, he added another . The garage door is working and we did not have to wait until Monday. Excellent company, excellent work by Tito. It was a pleasure to do business with a reputable company.

If I had filled this out based on just the technician visit by Jay, it would’ve been 5 stars across the board. However, I just received news from Precision Door that, instead of the promised “mid-week this week” installation, I’m now waiting till 6 May for installation. No good reason given for the delay. Precision Door shouldn’t make promises it can’t keep. This isn’t in Jay as I’m confident he wouldn’t promise something he didn’t hear from HQ.

I called on Saturday after Christmas because the cable in 1 of the garage doors had snapped and Precision sent a tech out the next Moroni g. On Sunday morning, Jay arrived promptly at 8 am, inspected both doors, provided me with an estimate to repair them and was able to complete all the work that morning! Great customer service by Precision Doors and Jay was incredibly professional and did the work quickly and well. I am Most grateful!

YOUR TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME. HE SURVEYED THE PROBLEM. CHRIS SHOWED IN DETAIL WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO FIX IT. I WAS TOLD WHAT THE COST WOULD BE. AFTER TALKIING WITH MY WIFE WE AGREED HAVE DOOR FIXED. CHRIS PROCEEEDED TO REPAIR THE DOOR IN A TIMELY MANNER. THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS YOUR TEC WAS COURTEOS AND PROFESSIONAL.

Came home from Thanksgiving to a busted garage door, cables all tangled up, stuck closed, nothing you could do about it. Was a bummer way to cap off a great holiday. Called Precision Garage Door, and they had a tech out right away. Jamal Crosby was great, diagnosed the problem quickly, found the most cost effective way to fix it, and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Did great QA, tested everything multiple times, and even looked at my other door to make sure it wasn't going to break the same way. Overall 5 start experience, would call again if something broke.

Our 35-YO garage door needed spring replacements. My husband was able to call, on Sunday (!), to arrange an appointment for Monday morning. Jay came on time, took a look at the door and made several suggestions of possible additional repairs/replacements due to the age of the door and its components. Since we've only had the springs replaced since the door was initially installed, I took Jay up on the most logical suggestion for this visit. BTW--Jay did not pressure me to make any decision or commitment. I appreciated the way he explained things to me. "If I talked to my mom, I would say..." Kudos to Jay for a job well done!
